Service is usually pretty slow here. Some times I would call and order ahead and when I get there they forgot my order. So if you go here just expect slow service. I will say that their spring rolls is one of the best. Their dipping sauce is so good. Banh Mi/pho are decent for what you can get in the northland.

They sold me rotten dessert!!!! My husband and I drove an hour to get take out at Sans for lunch and had a horrible experience. We had this place before and it was pretty good, which is why we decided to go again.When I was waiting for my pickup order, I asked them about their desserts in the front fridge. After I chose one, one of the ladies got the attention of another lady that works there, and pointed at something in the cup. They started speaking Vietnamese to one another. It seemed like something was a little off, but they didn’t mention it to me, and they still decided to sell it.When I got home I put it in the fridge and later on my husband and I decided to share it. He took the first bite and immediately threw up everywhere. After smelling the contents in the cup I realized it was spoiled/rotten. I called Sans and the lady I spoke with didn’t seem to care and basically said I should drive there for a “replacement”. I will no longer trust their food and won’t be coming back again. I’ve included some photos to show the dessert. You can tell it was probably sitting there awhile. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Did takeout and they intentionally sold me a rotten dessert. Not sure I'd trust their food. I get not being wasteful, but selling someone spoiled food is so wrong. Makes me feel like they cut corners in other areas. Beware!

I LOVE this place. The menu is concise and everything I've had has been SO good. Favorite might be the bbq pork sandwich. I try to get Sans when I have work in the area and I now look for excuses to have more work near here just for an excuse to eat here more.

We ordered phó, Spring rolls and egg rolls through Door Dash. Everything was fresh, neatly wrapped with plenty of condiments. Even the egg rolls came with a side of nuoc cham and picked veggies. You get four Springs rolls in an order and five egg rolls in an order. So good!!
