So I ordered a pizza from here and not only was it completely wrong and the toppings i had to pay extra for werent on there but the sauces I had to pay extra for were thrown in the bag so literally paid extra and received nothing that I paid extra for. Now no big deal except I couldnt call and have them correct it bc their phone was shut off that night. I have been chasing a refund for a week and so far I have yet to have any representative reach out over this. This is my first time getting anything here and I believe it will be my last.

Oh my goodness, I had a calzone and it was out-of-this-world!!! I did not expect it to be that big, either. I shared it with a friend, and we chowed on it for 3 separate meals! So delicious! And those cheesy bread sticks - get out of town!!! So good!! You could NEVER get some this good at one of those chain places. Support local and get over here and try this place!

We tried this place finally tonight! Pictures don’t do it justice, these pizzas were the real deal for American pizza. The mouthfeel was unique, especially for the thin crust which wasn’t too thin, very filling. The ingredient are fresh and it’s not over seasoned with flavor additives like many pizza places do, which is tasty, this let the ingredients and technique set the standard. The pictures look a little dark, these are not burnt, I order extra sauce and they have to cook a little longer. The cheese didn’t dry out or burn, it was cooked perfectly.
Service was prompts and pleasant, store was clean. I told the lady up front that it was my first time in and she made sure that I got to try all of their sauces. The staff was genuine and interested in service, quality and building reputation. I will be recommending this place to others. I got the triple pepperoni and veggie pizzas, buy 1 get 1 half off on the website order specials.

The calzone they have may be my favorite pizza related dish of all-time. Price seemed high at first, until you see how huge and delicious the calzone is! Based upon those factors I'd say it's an appropriate value. Order it with an extra side of alpine sauce and marinara sauce. Staff is friendly and helpful making you aware of specials and rewards system. This space is just counter service so there's not much to look at for atmosphere, but I'd be interested in eating inside if they open a location with dine-in service.

I've never bought pizza from here, but I definitely will. Frequently delivered pizzas for this place and one time I had to wait a few minutes as they had to remake a pizza. No big deal, it happens often and is part of the job. The guy working was nice enough to give me a card for a free single topping pizza. While hungry and broke one night I decided to call up there to order my pizza, I ordered a medium one topping pizza with split toppings (half Italian sausage/ half jalapeno peppers). I explained I had a card good for one free pizza. I told the gentleman on the phone that I believed it was for a medium but wasn't sure; I explained I had the card in my wallet and was driving so I wasn't 100% certain if it was for a medium. I told him to hang on until I had a chance to dig it out of my wallet to read it. It was for a small, no problem; anything will suffice when you're very hungry. Upon arrival to the store my pizza was just coming out of the oven. The gentleman boxing it up (most likely Simon himself) gave me a coupon card to use again and thanked me for being honest when I placed my order. Both pizzas exceeded expectations and were very delicious and satisfying. Great people operate this place as they always offer their Door Dash delivery drivers a bottled water before they leave the store. I'm definitely going to make a point to choose this place the next time I'm craving pizza. Only negative about this place is that I do not think they are open very late so be sure to consider their hours when ordering.
