I ordered a large mozzarella stick and they gave me one less than what I ordered and I opened up all of them and they were all empty no cheese. How do you fry? Nothing how did the cheese disappear? The workers were accommodating because they gave me the wrong person‘s food But this is unacceptable.

This is a good Sonic. The employees are always nice and there's never been a long wait time. My only complaint is their water always tastes off to me. I strictly only drink water and coffee and I am a Sonic die hard but either they're using too much chemical when cleaning their machines or their machines need cleaned. It's hard to tell.

Popcorn chicken was cold, Mozzarella sticks were cold and without marinara , I was charged an up charge for (garlic tots) which appeared to be just some oregano sprinkled on them

10/10! The male carhop with dreads that always brings my drinks out is extremely kind every single time no matter how hot out it is. Always has a smile on his face, makes sure my order is correct and has amazing customer service. If he isn’t a manager, he should absolutely be. Bare minimum, he deserves a raise. He is the reason I come to this location so often. I wish I knew his name to add but unfortunately I do not.

I paid with my card and when the guy came to my card he said I didn't pay. He then stated he didn't have time to argue. I then spilled my soda as they did not put the lid on right. All in All, a crappy experience, I would suggest going somewhere else.
