It costs extra money to add things like cheese to tots. I'm willing to pay that extra money, and after so many times of not getting the correct amount, even after speaking to management on multiple occasions, I am at a loss as to what I'm supposed to do anymore other than just stop coming. Attached is a photo of the cheese tots that I paid over $3 for extra cheese... what a joke.

I ordered a burger which does NOT come with onions. They aren't listed as a default ingredient but only as an add on. I did not add on. They sent me a burger LOADED with disgusting onions which continued to STINK even after picking them off. It was inedible. It's like expecting someone to love greasy tacos just because you do. Or mayo, shivers and ugh. So, this is the 2nd time this has been done to me and I'm writing about it. DON'T COUNT ON THEM GIVING A CRUD ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER WHEN YOU ARE HELPLESS AT HOME ORDERING DELIVERY. They don't CARE.

Well, I ate here on Saturday evening and I must say, it was great. The food was fresh and came fast. I had a cheeseburger, mozzarella sticks and a cherry slush. It seems the Gladstone location has really stepped it up. The girl who brought me the food was also very pleasant. She smiled the whole time and brought the food. She even checked back with me to make sure I didn't need anything more. I believe her name was Cheyenne. It is hard to find good help. She's a keeper!!

I will never be back to sonic tried to order food using two different payment methods and they won’t allow it. Honestly think it’s bs considering any where you go allows you to use multiple payments they wouldn’t tell us that until they brought the food out to us and we couldn’t pay for it.

Not sure what is going on ,however almost 1 hour in line thru drive thru.Saturday August 24th,1pm pulled in ,pulled out at 1:50 pm.Window,server was nice,felt bad for her.I wouldnt have,waited.But a family member really wanted Sonic today.Many cars left,district needs updating staff issues and all their overall facilities.

Absolutely unbelievable! I don’t know if every employee there is high or the speaker system is shot but the way they handled our service was amazingly horrible! Practically had to yell our order for them to even hear us, we had to order three separate times because we would order one thing and they would tell us to move to the window so we decided to try the drive in and IT WAS WORSE!! No apology or anything I’m completely appalled at the service. And I’m even more appalled at sonic for not up-keeping their stores and letting so many people blame employees for their mistakes
