I only leave negative reviews when there are several things going on that are terrible - and that's what's happened here. The order took over 15 minutes to get out to us, the carhop said not one word to us, I got the wrong size fry, and my partners tots were ice cold.I won't be coming back.

Went last night with the wife got a large chili cheese tot and choco covered strawberry shake. There was no chocolate in the shake. Was all vanilla. And the tots were so soggy and greasy when i tilted it it just poured out by the ozs. We couldnt eat or drink ANYTHING from there. No to mention waited in line 30 min for THAT. Awful place to get anything. Ill travel next time and i live next door.

Consistently fresh food compared to most stores. They won't give you hours old burger patties or chicken ...I'd rather wait the 5 min than get given old food and I've yet to experience that here. Thanks guys

I receive great customer service at this Sonic and the food is always really good. There are times when a cheeseburger or a Coney dog is all that will satisfy. This Sonic always delivers. Sweet tea is the best!!!Monica J.
Most generally service is great. Weekends especially Sundays very slow. Tanner is a great manager. No problems during the week. Tanner addresses all issues brought to his attention.

I’ve go to this location multiple times recently given it’s the closest to my house and every time I’m disappointed. This last visit was the worst. My cheese tots were cold and stale and didn’t have the toppings I asked and paid for, my mozzarella sticks weren’t melted and our drinks had so much of the syrup that I couldn’t even drink it
BLT was dry and stale. Fries had too much salt and were also stale. We usually don't have this problem with bad food.

The location in Gladstone off North Oak is not a good place to eat. The staff obviously didn't care about customers or putting out quality food or beverages. Don't waste your time or money there. You won't get what you ordered, regardless of you tip extra.
