So I went in today ordered a Vente pumpkin spice latte with almond milk. She set up Grande onesie and I said I ordered a Vente and she says no and I said that’s what I paid for after the girl rang it up four times to get it right and she acted like it was my fault but then she gave me the right size very unhappy with the service today

They made fresh black tea. I ordered it with no added water. It's clear. They let it steep for less than 2 minutes. Basically colored water. Waste of $5.

I really like the new spot near the entrance. Very clean. I also like the selection of the local KC cups (from Starbucks "you are here" collection.) I would love if mobile ordering was available here but understand that may not be feasibly possible at this location. Always smells nice too ?
