Good clean subway, eaten here before, I planned on coming in to eat here today, but I really needed to use the bathroom, no one was attending the front or anything so I went to use the restroom I was then greeted by a man with a rather stern if not angry scowl on his face who told me “no using restroom” I wondered to myself: “why? First there was no out of order sign, second everything looked clean and in order” but I didn’t get an answer he just looked at me like as if I had caused him some great problem, I really didn’t care for the service here, between being absent and being extremely rude when I did show up, I’ll be sure to avoid using this subway again.

Zero stars, order a sandwich online. They claim they didn't receive my order. I paid with google pay. I have a clear transaction receipt to this location subway 5399 for oct20 609 pm. They refused to make the order or refund me. This place is run by thieves. Never go there.... It was a bad experience, but never go there is to strong. Gl subway

Very unwelcoming staff & the highest prices I’ve ever paid. $20.54 for a foot long and drink. Probably should pass this joint and spend your money elsewhere. I’m glad I didn’t get sick though!

The workers or owners are definitely the nicest they always been really really nice to me and always made it the way I like it the cookies are always awesome love the breakfast sandwiches love the boss the shop is a little bit small but it's very convenient always in and out really quick this is one of the few places I always will come back cuz they treat me like a person and the food

This is my favorite Subway location. Been coming here for 2 years now and everytime I come here they always make my sandwich perfectly. The store is ALWAYS clean and the soda from the soda machine never tastes flat. I used to live close to this location, but since I moved I'm 15 minutes away now, but I'll still take the drive here because it's my favorite and the people are always so nice.

THIS!! has to be the cleanest Subway I have ever been in. I did gig work for a few years and went into many Subways. I could not believe my eyes when I walked into this one. Trash wasn’t spilling over, no food on the floor, tables you could actually eat off of. Bathroom was sparkling and your shoes didn’t stick to the floor. I don’t care how far away I am, this is the only Subway I will go too. It is franchised and with most that are, they don’t take pride in their stores. This family does!!! The meats and veggies all looked fresh. Nothing mixed with other veggies. It’s actually really hard to explain how clean and nice this one is. Once you go in, you’ll understand what I’m saying. It’s almost rare to find a restaurant so clean!!! I took more pics but they didn’t come out. But just look at that shine on that floor. It was raining that night too. I think it’s the best I’ve seen and I have seen a lot from nkc to liberty to Tiffany. This Gladstone location has them all beat!!!!
Kid-friendliness: If my toddler dropped food on the table and they picked it up and ate it-I’d been ok with it because the tables are so clean. You could see the sanitizer spray they use. If they crawled on the floor I’d bet no black knees. (And if you do go eat with small ones, just like any where, clean up after your kids. Be polite! N show some class! Jmo
