Service was horrible, again. That said it was the same server. Linda is rude, rushed and does not listen. The food is going down hill but the atmosphere is nice. My braised pork was very dry but the squash potatoes were great. Husbands filet was under cooked but daughters salmon salad was divine. Two guests ordered chicken tenders 1 tossed in sauce one with sauce on the side..... both came with sauce in the side and only one received their slaw...and one didnt receive theirn extra sauce ordered. The to go dessert was packaged with the ice cream in the container with warm cake causing it to melt and not transport well...the app was ordered and when it came out we were told that extra bread was brought too...we didnt order extra bread but was charged for it and we didnt even eat all of it. Those who only wanted water were never refilled and the 21 year old was not asked for id. This server is not professional nor friendly and is argumentative so you find yourself just accepting it to not cause a scene during family celebrations....happy sub par anniversary to us- problematic.

We really want to like this place, we keep trying, the food is good. However, every time we get seated we wait 10-15 minutes for someone to come to our table to greet us and take a drink order. There are servers everywhere doing little, walking by the table continously, just completely ignoring new customers. It would be fine if it was a one off, but it has happened every single time. It's obvious that we're waiting. Finally, a server apologizes, says it's not their table but will take it over and starts the ordering process. After that, things go fine. I don't know if the servers are clueless as to which tables are theirs, or if it's a game to see how long people will wait, but after each time it gets harder to return.

Super cute inside, the service was great, the Thanksgiving menu was nice. I had the Summit Punch drink to start and it was not only gorgeous, it tasted fantastic. I had the turkey and mashed potatoes with macaroni and cheese add on. The macaroni was SO good. The best part was the butter cake, OMG I’ve never had a dessert THAT good.

A miscommunication put our group of 15 at the Gladstone location 10 minutes before our reservation time that had been booked at the Lee's Summit location. The Gladstone Summit Grill GM & staff made a record breaking turnover of their event room & put together a menu option for our group on the fly. Outstanding service & phenomenal communication throughout the process. We would highly recommend Summit Grill Gladstone. It's a high end atmosphere with down to earth staff that cater to your every need. Thank you Summit Grill for the fabulous experience!

Waitress was not attentive, had to ask for refills and To go boxes numerous time. Then added in gratuity which was not earned. The food wasn't very good. Definitely will not be visiting again.

For lunch I ordered Romano Chicken Alla Vodka. The menu mentioned nothing about it being a spicy dish. The dish arrived and after one bite, I realized the chef had added a large amount of red pepper flakes to it. It was so spicy that I could not eat it. That was unexpected and disappointing. Ignoring the large amount of red pepper flakes, the pasta was perfectly cooked and the tomato-based sauce was nice. To have something to eat, I got a dinner salad. Our waiter was apologetic about the very spicy, inedible pasta dish, but did not offer me anything beyond that.
My standard side salad was crisp, cold, and delicious.
If I go back, I will definitely ask about levels of spice in any main meal when I order.

Walked in at 730 for 2 people, we were down to sit at the bar, said the wait time was 30 minutes and it’s now 10 min before close, gave our name and a phone number got a text saying we are on the wait list and never got a call or text. :( :( :(

pretty restaurant, have been on multiple occasions but the service is always horrible and the food is oftentimes served under or overcooked. have had a server get mad at my friends and i during homecoming because the server didn’t give us silverware, and when we got it they were dirty.

When my party of 24 arrived at the Summit Grill in Gladstone recently to celebrate a birthday, our reservations were nowhere to be found! NO WORRIES! The staff headed by David, arranged the tables and seated us in no time! He then proceeded to take our orders and our hot, delicious food was delivered professionally and without a single mix up or complaint! Although they were short staffed, they went all out to assure we had a wonderful celebration. We certainly did appreciate their efforts. I give them a 5 star rating on food and service. The atmosphere was amazing, however the room temp was freezing!!!
