What a circus!! Tried to go through drive through Friday afternoon at 3:30pm..I noticed there were 5 cars parked waiting for their food..I waited like 8 min, no one came to the window to get my money, the guy behind me pulled off. I followed suit... Extremely disappointing.

I arrived about 1:30 today for lunch. I was in dire need to use the restroom. I asked the kid behind the counter to open the restroom and he said not until I ordered. As I mentioned I was in dire need and I let him know how disappointed I was and went to Popeyes across the street and got there in the nick of time. This was a terrible was to treat a customer. I will never return. Popeyes treats their customers much better. Maybe you should poach some of their employees.

SERVICEI went through the drive thru. The employees were kind. But the service was very slow. I went in the afternoon, nobody in the lobby, but I waited 15 or so minutes. There were two cars in front of me when I got there.FOODThe fries were good but the bottom bun on my sandwich wasn't normal. It was spongy. It seemed like it had gotten soggy sitting in the steam drawer, but then had time to dry. Then was served. After one bite, I stopped.I like Burger King's food, but this burger wasn't right.

I applied to a management job a couple nights ago and I called yesterday asking if Antonio Harris, the General Manager, was available. I had no luck so I went to seek him out personally. When I walked in, I patiently waited, and at one point I suggested to an employee that I'm just here to speak with Antonio about getting a job. She talked to him, and I sat down for over half an hour, waiting for the rush to die down. During this rush, Antonio was preparing 16 whoppers for a doordash. He was in the grill because, as he stated very loudly for all eight customers in the lobby to hear, one of his cooks told him over text that he quit that morning, but "it's okay we'll find somebody else." Not long after, I started getting publicly berated by Antonio, as he said things like "I'm not hiring nobody off the streets to be a manager," and "if he wants to wait, that's on him, I'm not talking to nobody." I got up from my seat, told the same employee "it's alright, thank you" and walked out. It's a huge shame that people are running businesses like this. I'm not in the best of places, and my girlfriend has two kids, so I am desperately trying to find decent work so I can do my best to take care of them. It's pretty close to where I live, so not having transportation wouldn't have been a concern. I have 6+ years experience working in food industry and a ServSafe Food Manager Certification. I guess another business would be more likely to benefit from that than Antonio would. He seems to have it ALLLL under control.

Seperating and putting the cheese BETWEEN the meat patties on a sandwich is too hard?2 pieces of cheese and yall put em together instead of separating them like EVERY single advertisement!??!Do better BK!!!
