Prefix Coffee Stole My Heart! I Was First Introduced To Prefix On A KC Caffeine Crawl And I Have Been Hooked Ever Since. Upon Walking In, I Seen A Very Clean Store Front With A Neon "Prefix" Light. The Fact That It Was Pink Makes It So Much Better! The Barista Promptly Greeted Us And Was Kind And Helpful In Making The Decision To Add A Cinnamon Roll To Our Order. A while back, I read about this location after I visited the new Prefix location in Midtown, which I really enjoyed. I believe there was another coffee shop at this location in Grandview, or maybe more inside the religious university, which is next door. Someone I worked with once (who was indirectly affiliated) had a to-go coffee cup for that coffee shop. Their 801 special drink is just that, special but their variety of specialty drinks was amazing along with just normal coffee & syrups. A chocolate espresso that hits with every drink & their bearclaw that's flaky & soft.
