On Friday 4/5/2024 I bought a 12 piece chicken bucket. I wanted it to be original but it wasnt. This was the worst chicken ever. It was not crispy on the outside and the inside was tough and stringy. It was also very tasteless and was like yesterdy's chicken refried. Even my 9 year old who usually loves kfc chicken could not eat it. I threw it away. I will never buy chicken at this location again even though it is closest to me.

My wife stopped by on the way home and it was the worst food I’ve ever had. The chicken was old the mashed potatoes were runny and the biscuits were like bricks. It used to be good I don’t know what happened but will never go back it’s terrible.

Honestly this makes me sick to my stomach to think and trust that our food was gonna come out safe to eat. The chicken was under cooked but what really got my attention is the biscuit I was given had mold on it!! My man had raw chicken tenders as well. What makes it even worst is I’m pregnant.

Don’t like making bad reviews but this one is needed for change, But all I know is a chicken tender meat isn’t supposed to look like this was raw and my ladies biscuit had mold on it! Absolutely unhappy with her being pregnant too that’s not okay by no means. I see why there’s a 2.7 rating >:(

The cashier's in the drive thru always seem to have an attitude. Especially the young African American girl with the blonde wig. Tonight at almost 7pm my boyfriend and I really wanted to try the new cheezas but seemed like they were closed cause there were no lights on. I pull up to the menu just in case and the girl greeted me and I asked her politely if she could turn on the lights outside cause I couldn't see the menu. Seemed like she wanted an easy night honestly and was probably irritated that she had to work. Anyways, there was a guy in the background of the mic that said let there be light" and the lights came on ? Loved that!We ordered, #2 and #7 with two cheezas, and the girl didn't make eye contact like usual, held her hand out for the card, rushed the drinks out to me, and when my food was ready she didn't look at me or say anything she just held the food out the window all irritated. Got home, no cheezas. Deeply disappointed. Although I don't think the cheezas was her fault, she should've double checked. And double checked her attitude ?♀️ I would've given less stars because of the cashier always with the attitude and the missing food this time, but I do believe that the cooks are hard working and they make great food.Also she didn't give me a receipt so I can't to the KFC survey, and even when I search KFC survey it makes you jump through alot of hoops and doesn't get you there anyways.
Don’t come here if you’re in a rush!There were only two guys working the entire restaurant at lunch time, they seem to be severely understaffed. I felt really bad for them because some of the customers weren’t the kindest. Food tastes great and is hot, just don’t expect to be in and out because of how understaffed they are

So I cancelled an order from door dash to go here for a quick bite. I get to the window and give my money I'm told there is a 6 minute wait on my tenders. I say cool I waited about 3 minutes then got asked to pull up. I then waited about 10 more minutes for them to bring me my food I ordered a 5 piece tenders with two sides which I chose fries for both and a Pepsi. I got all the way home to find 4 rock hard biscuits in a box 1 which looks like it was bitten off of a small box of chicken nuggets and my main meal was a wing breast thigh and leg. Mind you all my food looks like it's been sitting waiting for someone to buy it. I had no desire to drive back up there so I tossed the 3 day old chicken and biscuits so hard no amount of butter on the planet would help. Oooo and I got coleslaw as the icing on top. Quit your jobs all of you clearly you have no desire to work.

Went thru the drive thru. The girl had an attitude from the second I pulled up. Being short and sighing alot. Get to the window she didn't say anything just snatched my card and scanned it then shived it and my drink back at me and shut the window and walked off. Then she came back and I asked for sauces and she sighed heavily like it's the worst thing u could have done and shived them at me and closed the window. I get home there is no butter or honey for the biscuits and no silverware. The girl just had a bad attitude from the get ho.
