The cashier's in the drive thru always seem to have an attitude. Especially the young African American girl with the blonde wig. Tonight at almost 7pm my boyfriend and I really wanted to try the new cheezas but seemed like they were closed cause there were no lights on. Don’t come here if you’re in a rush!There were only two guys working the entire restaurant at lunch time, they seem to be severely understaffed. I felt really bad for them because some of the customers weren’t the kindest. Food tastes great and is hot, just don’t expect to be in and out because of how understaffed they are

On Friday 4/5/2024 I bought a 12 piece chicken bucket. I wanted it to be original but it wasnt. This was the worst chicken ever. It was not crispy on the outside and the inside was tough and stringy. It was also very tasteless and was like yesterdy's chicken refried. Even my 9 year old who usually loves kfc chicken could not eat it. I threw it away. I will never buy chicken at this location again even though it is closest to me.
