Experienced very poor customer service and uncaring attitude from manager Josh on 7-30-22.
Haven’t used this location in a while because it was only consistent food and service when the manager Danny was working.
After waiting 20 min for 1 piece of pie, to take to my mother, I requested a refund. The cashier refunded the purchase price but not the tip I added when I paid. He assumed I wouldn’t want the tip refunded too! He did correct the amount.

Management at this location picks and chooses whom they want to stay in their restaurant. The Manager literally allowed a couple to stand in line with no mask with everyone else all because their card wasn’t working online.
Another older gentleman felt so attacked that he pulled out his vaccination card just to order food.
