no one ever answers the phone, wont respond to messages or emails. voicemail is always full. Cant reserve a campsite online, the site is so slow.
We had a campground reservation here that we had to cancel. I made multiple attempts at canceling on the website. The phone number on the website was incorrect. The number that person gave us was to a man who said the reservation was canceled and that they would refund the deposit. Yet, they're still trying to take the full cost of the reservation off my card. I will likely never stay here due to this mess. We have waited to go here for almost a year and we were finally able to stop in. Upon entering there was no one there to greet us. I waited 10 minutes and finally went to the bar where I was told to seat myself even though there was a sign that said “wait to be seated”. After sitting down we waited an additional 15 before anyone acknowledged us. We looked up the menu online to be able to expedite getting our food. We ordered our food and drinks.
