Becky's Old Fashioned Ice Crm

Ice cream was good no complaints there I don’t think it was old fashioned more like Blue Bunny you ask be but it was still good otherwise. Kinda stunk like a junky antique store though. Might be the all the old books and other knickknacks in there. Overall I’d come back.

Very expensive for one scoop ice cream in a cup and one scoop waffle cone. It was 15$

Took the whole extended family here, all 25 of us, and everybody loved it. Great place, great ice cream, great people running it. You are missing out if you didn't go.

Good uncomplicated ice cream to grab downtown on a hot day, so can’t complain about that! They also had some books and items for sale that you could wander about as well. Nice little shop.

We decided on a day trip with the fam and found ourselves arriving at the perfect time! Mark Twain days. It was wonderful stepping outside of time and into Becky’s Ice cream shop. Of course you are met with delicious ice cream, but what’s more comforting are the themed posters, old books lining the walls, and 1800’s feel of the venue.
I had the huckleberry and it was very delightful.

I made the mistake of going here after visiting the Mark Twain museum on 11/29/2023 in the afternoon. At first glance I thought this place was going to be pretty good. The shop is pretty quirky (in a good way) but, I found out I was unwelcome really quickly.I saw that Becky's Old Fashioned Ice Cream had a sundae on their menu which sounded good so I ordered that. The woman told me they were out of hot fudge for the season (here's an idea: take it off your menu if don't have it anymore). So I just got two scoops of store brand ice cream. This is not old fashioned ice cream at all. Becky's is not making it by hand and there is nothing special about in the slightest. Anyways, if it was just the ice cream I wouldn't be leaving this review.As the woman gave me the ice cream and I sat down at the in store table she did not say anything to me at all and just glared at me which made me very uncomfortable. I was the only person in the store and I could tell she didn't want me there. I honestly, felt discriminated against because of my large physical size and being a man. If you're in Hannibal, MO I would suggest going to another business in town to get dessert and spare yourself of Becky's Old Fashioned Ice Cream.

Expensive $5.00 for one very small scoop

Great place to relax & enjoy the ambiance of yesteryear. The selection of desserts is good, I especially like the new Pirates Bounty flavor. I plan to take my grandkids there to eat & peruse the selection of childrens' books.

One of the best malts I've ever had. The store has lots of unique nick nacks for sale like tin signs and books.

Every time I could Hannibal I always stop here for some amazing ice cream and friendly staff!
