We are driving through Hannibal and staying the night so we ordered pick up which was ready quickly. The pizza was great, a nice thin Christ good cheese and toppings. We didn't eat there so I can't speak to the ambiance but we enjoyed our pizza!

Always stop here on our way back to Columbia for a ham and green olive pizza. Last night something was way different. Cheese tasted strong with an unpleasant smell and aftertaste. We called the store and the night manager rudely said they changed the cheese 6 months ago and abruptly rung up. Why ruin a good thing? We won’t be stopping for Cassano’s in the future.

We stopped in for pizzas on our way through to the Ozarks and we were just blown away! There were 6 of us and we tried 3 different pizzas. The sauce was incredible and my pizza was sooo cheesy. I believe it was called Mamas Cheese Pizza? We all sat around saying how delicious it all was. We would absolutely come again! Highly recommended!

Have been coming here off/on for years, good pizza. But last night that changed, likely due to a change in cheese. Distasteful after-taste. Was told to call back the next day and discuss with the day manager. So I called back late this afternoon, spoke to a manager and frankly rude, talk over you, didn't care, disrespectful and frankly will never step foot again. What a jerk to be nice! Didn't address anything, no customer service skills at all!
Ordered a 2 toppling large pizza and 2 fountain sodas at 1:55pm (on a random Wednesday) and I’m still waiting for delivery at 2:50pm. Charge for a 2 topping and sodas was $33. At this point idgaf if it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had

Dietary restrictions: They offer a chef salad there and other salads and dishes for dietary people not eating meat. However, the chef salad does come with meat. You can ask for them to remove it. It also comes with or without cheese or egg.
Parking: Amble well lit free parking
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of high chairs for the little ones or a little bit older kids enjoy sitting in the booth. There were families with children of all ages, finishing their meals when we entered.
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, as are the restrooms which were very clean

I thought it was great last night when I ordered the large salad, it was really big. But tonight I ordered the same salad and it was about half as much salad, and I was charged the same thing accept this time I had to pay for an extra dressing. Yesterday an employee told me that you get one dressing on a small salad and two on a large. As I was told today you only get one per salad and if you want another it's 1.50 more. I guess everyone there charges what they want when they want. I'm just glad I didn't order anything else. And now they have lost my business.
