Nice old style DQ that has been kicking for at least 50 years! They also have the Orange Julius that is missing in both St Louis and Southern Illinois for several years now. Worth a visit if you'dlike an Orange Julius or Tripleberry blast!!!

Every time I drive thru Hannibal, Dairy Queen is usually busy. Today I stopped. These ladies were very kind, pleasant, and extremely busy. There were also door dash orders. A person arrived to pick up two orders that were placed at different times. In between the order's I am guessing were 7 orders. They impressed me by completing every order in the order they were ordered. As a customer who came in and ordered, I appreciated that very much. I will stop by next time I am in Hannibal. Thank You ladies for working so hard.

This place has gone to hell!! They had a sign that said due to a staffing situation that they wouldn't be open until 5pm, so we were coming back later and lost track of time and got there at like 8:01pm and 2 people yelled and said, WE CLOSED AT 8PM, I'M SORRY BUT WE CAN'T TAKE YOUR ORDER!! They were really rude. Bad choice girls, bad choice.

New help? Ownership? Who knows, but the 25-30 minute wait is a clear indication that they aren't prepared for what appeared to be a normal Sunday night crowd. Too bad, as I saw people pull in, check it out, and leave without a purchase. Hoping the season gets things shook out....

Something about a soft serve DQ on a warm day!

For being so small, always treat us right and good quality treats.

Service is always pretty good, my order is always correct and to expectations. My only complaint is the building is so small, there's literally no standing room. If u have a couple people standing in line waiting to order and a couple standing on the other side waiting to get their order, the place is full. What would it hurt to do a small expansion and maybe a little updating on the inside... it's really starting to look a little ran down on the inside.

I took my teenage daughter and her friend out for ice cream ? Everybody wanted I've cream at that exact time! It's worth the wait to see them ?

Not the same food, service, or experience I remember of DQ.

Not likely to return. The service and experience aspect was severely lacking. Young lady didn’t hardly speak at all. When my blizzard was ready, she didn’t say anything just hit it hard on the counter and pushed it my way.
What happened to turn the blizzard upside down?
The food: royal cheesecake blizzard eas overtaken by the super sweet cracker crumbles. It was almost tan colored rather than white vanilla with cheesecake bites and bits of crumbles. :(

Parking: Looks like it would have a drive thru, But doesn’t seem to.

So the shift leader at dairy Queen (Michelle) apparently she's getting a little chummy with the money and not wanting to share the tips they get....very disrespectful if you ask me!!!!

It's the dirtiest place I have ever seen. Can't believe the health department hasn't shut them down
