Ordered at 8:10pm it’s 9:10pm on a Monday night and still no delivery. The order time wait online said 19-34 mins so I called since it’s been an hour and the lady said your pizza is on way it was ordered at 8:10p and left at 8:54pm. Ok I know this but it’s a Monday night and your online system said 19-34 mins. She sat in silence for like 2 whole mins without saying a word ans either did I so I just hung up. No apologies, no making it right, no explanation. I hate dominos but their pizza tastes so good when it doesn’t get delivered cold.

Dominoes will be out of business in less than 5 years. That's my prediction. You can't call the local store directly. If you call you get off shore to place an order. I remember 30 years ago dominoes had great pizza to you in 30 minutes or less. Now it's over 2 hours..... Customer service has been thrown out the drive through window and the delivery drivers back over it twice. When you walk in the store for a pick up and give them your last name after it's been requested and they laugh at your name. That's horrible customer service. There for a pay check and don't care about customers. Great leadership qualities to dominoes management...... Service is Horrible with a capital H!

Every time I order whether delivery or pick up it is minimum 1.5 to 2 hrs for order. The one prior to this was almost delivered to my neighbor across the street. Had I not been on my porch waiting, I would never have got it. Tonight, 1 hr and 35 min for 2 2 topping pizzas and a bottle of soda. Ridiculous. What happened to the 30 min delivery? Dominos needs to fix a lot!!!

The drivers wouldn't take an order extremely rude talking to me like I was a mental patient..then hung up on me I will be contacting corporate thank you for sharing your name and I know the store number I hope u though the laughs were cute cause u gonna be out a job and probably more cause I recorded the conversation inside man
