This particular location was extremely slow, despite having plenty of staff and no customers in the lobby. I was told the "meals" came with a drink, but yet I was charged extra for the drinks. I went through the drive through, but had to go in, as half of my order was missing, and the inside lobby was disgusting. Nothing was very organized. Behind the counter was an absolute disaster. The worker barely apologized for my missing food and extremely long wait. No one smiled or seemed very friendly or happy to be there. I don't know if this is typical for this location, but first impressions matter and I won't be back. I didn't feel valued as a customer at all! And I used to be a manager in a fast food restaurant, so I totally understand how things can be..

The only place that can serve you a warm (room temperature) diet Pepsi without ice when you ordered a regular Pepsi. Who would even serve a warm soda? Who drinks warm soda? Why no ice bro? was it too expensive? They constantly forget to include napkins. its not just a 1-time accident as they have done this consistently every week for the last 2 months. Guess they cannot afford napkins and have to dial back the hospitality to pinch a few pennies out of the customer. The food takes 30 minutes to make even though its after 5pm and rush dinner time. Asked for sauces, was told they were in the bag. Plastic bag is clear(see through) no sauces. Would not give sauces. Chicken was not completely cooked or it was freezer burned, Wrong type of chicken in the box with my order. I ordered extra crispy and I got regular. Got mashed potatoes instead of french fries as ordered. They didn't even include a spoon for the mashed potatoes. Hilarious!! I didn't feel like going through the drive through again or returning the meal as it wasn't worth another hour of my time. Won't be going back to this place and I recommend no one else go until the management gets their employees together and have serious hospitality training. Also, I originally took this picture because I found the warning hilarious. But it appears after dark they are not supposed to open this door because the neighborhood is so dangerous. But if they can't even get an order right how are the workers going to learn to read and comprehend enough to follow the directions. I mean, they failed at a simple concept of a cold soda.

Place is normally my go to but tonight I walk in to 7 people who have already ordered and been waiting at least 20 minutes. Lady at the front was so baked she didn’t know where the chicken tender meal’s were. Then the ice machine was down. 45 minutes later and I finally got my food. All I ordered was 4 piece hot honey combo with Mac n cheese side. Sorry kfc but you have dropped the ball today.

This is the second time I've had a bad experience at this restaurant but this last occasion takes the cake I paid almost 40 dollars for a decent amount of food and almost the entire order was wrong paid for food we didn't receive and received food we didn't pay for the receipt with my order was plastered on almost everything but still was wrong didn't receive one of my chicken sandwiches the other chicken sandwich that cane with the combo was cold greasy and had a taste of dirty oil i received a double order of the 5 price combo it was old cold and disgustingly greasy the drinks were correct the staff were nice and polite and the property was clean and up to code just check your food before leaving very bummed about my chicken sandy

the soda fountain was broken- NO ICE and the sodas were not carbonated! mom talked to the staff that and the “manager” (i presume becoz she interviews the ppl looking for jobs in kfc that day) told my mom that root beers are not really carbonated 😭 but my mom insisted coz she also tried other drinks in the fountain ( i tasted them too) like pepsi, mountain dew etc. and there was really no “spirit” and it wasn’t even cold. They tried to “adjust” something but nothing really happened. (literally what in the world did she adjusted HAHAHA) The other staff gave us drinks from the fountain inside the kitchen tho. So that was nice. But all in all IT WAS SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE!! Chickens were small asf and oily too! Bathroom doesn’t have tissue - even the counter doesn’t have table napkins.

A traditional chicken wing drum is the same size as a chicken leg now at KFC.
If you order mobile pickup, you wait in line at the drive-thru to pick up, they will refuse to give you your food and stayed that mobile orders are in store pickup only... Imagine waiting 15 minutes to pick up your order to be told that you cannot pick up your order outside of a drive-thru window....
