Someone from corporate needs to come and train the staff … it is 12:04 pm 01/05/2026 why am i being served old chicken that is hard. store is a wreck signs everywhere. They are not aware of their own menu and current specials. Just pathetic

On Sunday August 17, 2025, we were driving through Hannibal to eat a quick lunch on our way to Illinois. What a mistake that was! Two people working and taking care of only the drive through and Door Dash orders. Many people waiting at the counter for food that was not to be served. We paid for our lunch and never received it, because we waited for over a half hour. Don't stop here, it is a trap. To make things worse, we called KFC headquarters and they are even worse. They are going to review the incident! Wow

Fries were cold and coldslaw tasted old. The was great though. But there was mold literally on the pop machine and the ice dispenser. The table was sticky and floor was dirty. Staff is very kind.

My son got really sick after eating a chicken sandwich from here. He said his stomach felt like world war 3 inside. I don’t recommend anyone to eat here. They are very slow and possibly poisoned my son because we were black. The cashier was a white boy, after taking our order he went to prepare it, now my son is sick
