Always great!

I ordered from my granddaughter's fund raiser at school. I chose the Crazy Puffs and Stuff meal. I got a code # to use to place my order online. I was having trouble with getting to the order part online. I thought while I was in Hannibal I would just stop by and have them just take my order. The guy that I spoke with wouldn't help me. He did look at what I was talking about. (Apparently y'all haven't done any online fund raisers) He told me to just do it online. I ask him if he could just take my order and my code number should pop up. He said no I can't do that. So after struggling for 20-30 mins I finally got it to work. I placed the order and told him it was in. He said okay we'll get it ready. Apparently I clicked on for it to go in the warmer for people that come pick up their orders. I had been sitting there waiting for my order to get done. When it was down instead of just giving it to me he put 4 boxes on the very top shelf in the warmer ( portal) while I am standing right in front of him. I don't understand why he couldn't have just handed it to me. After he started putting it in there he said to me what's your name. I told him. He continued to put the full order of 4 boxes into the warmer. I said to him I don't know how to work this thing. He said they sent you a code to get into the warmer (portal). He ended up giving me the number. However I had a hard time getting it out because it was on the very top shelf. I walk with a cane and I have a torn rotator cuff. However I managed to get it out. A young boy opened the door for me as he seen I was struggling. I get home in Center, we open the boxes and everything except the chicken wings are burn!! The whole deal was terrible. I don't believe we will be patronizing your restaurant again.

Pizza was made fresh. Employees were friendly. Pick up process was quick and easy. Ordered via the app and used code to enter in warmer. Quick, easy process!

The stuffed pretzel crust pizza with cheese sauce and garlic/parmesian wings were good, but both were over-salty. Service there is always great and food hot and fresh.

Was kind of bothered that I had to pull my stuff out of a box with a pull out code instead of hand service like the old days. No personal conversations or contact with the workers there.

Ordered and paid for thin crust pizza but that is NOT what i received. They don't even have the basic skills to select the correct pizza

A filthy place! Look at the pictures I posted. I guess Missouri doesnt have any health codes. Service was rude. $3.57 higher than Texas for the same products. And they ask for a tip to get my own pizza?
