I am no longer using your store due to being mistreated tonight by your workers. That the worker was in training does not excuses her ignoring me for a car that pulled in after me. It also does not excuses the workers making me sit for five minutes after that vehicle pulled forward. I know I got upset and used some l language I should not have. Being ignored is my only reason for it. Being disrespected and ignored does that to me. I did not at any time call any of your workers any names although they claim I did. If I had it would have been entitled and brainless. That is exactly how they acted. I will use it when I go to St. Louis to visit family.
I have had workers ignore me when I pull up to the window to get my food. One stood there with her back to the window and did not turn to the window until food showed up to be handed out. She could not even give me my drinks while I was waiting. She could talk to co-workers for five minutes though.
Also your workers need to pay attention to orders. Several times, I have not received my full order and had to wait longer for them to meander back inside and get the missing items. It is not that hard. There is a print out stuck to orders that need to be taken to cars waiting. Read it and make sure everything is in the bag or a drink carrier.
If I could go into your store, as a physically disabled individual who can not open the doors without assistance, can you say that your workers would treat me differently. I can tell you they would not. I have been mistreated inside your store as well. I call them on it every time to their face. They stare at me like I am an imbecile. Your workers also need training on common curtesy.
I will be letting your Facebook page show this as well. People need to know how your workers treat some of your customers.

We have a large family and were not totally prepared to order when we arrived. They were so patient with us and the food was ready faster than any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to - we paid, pulled forward and within one minute they were handing bags out the window with FRESH food and the whole order was spot on. Thank you Hannibal McDonald’s for the great experience!

Not what it used to be. I remember for under 2.50 you could get a big mac. Not i spend 10 dollars and get a little mac. Price goes up quality goes down and the company don't care.

This McDonald's is far superior to the McDonald's in Mexico, MO. Not perfect but very good. It seemed especially clean for a McDonald's.
Took forever to take my order, messed up the payment method, when they tried to fix the order they took off all of the customizations on the food and didn’t give me a drink cup.
