I use the app a little over a month ago and there was a 30 to 45 minute wait that’s fine and they are using an outside delivery service that is fine too! Then the time frame came up I got a message stating that it was going to be a little bit longer and after another 45 minutes still food, I called they apologized said it was going to be refunded. It never got refunded! I tried to call several times to check on my refund and that never happened. I got tired of messing with it...read full review
