Papa Johns Pizza

This was by far the worst pizza I’ve ever had at Papa Zones in Hannibal, Missouri. The pizza was undercooked, with dough that was still raw in the middle, and it was absolutely covered in jalapeños—so many that it was impossible to enjoy. It felt like no care went into making it. Very disappointed and definitely not what I expected when ordering pizza here.

I'm a door dasher and I was in papa jhons last night to pick up an order and the man behind the counter was rude the order hadn't been started and when I asked how long it would take so I could tell the person I was picking up for he said i don't know and I don't care it will be ready when it's ready that's not good costumer service

Told me the pizza would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes after I waited 30 minutes they told me it was going to be another hour. Very rude will not be going here ever again

We ordered a pizza it was delivered by door dash it was cold called to talk to the manager and he hung the phone up said he was to busy

Hello I received the wrong pizza supposed to bring me the right one and here it is 2 hours later and nobody has answered the phone in over a hour

Person who answer the phone for a delivery was rude and told that they can’t deliver to me… I was only 5 min away

Unreachable by all options.

The online ordering service us off shore & doesn't work well. Calling the local phone number gets off shore ad well, hard to understand. If you call the local number, then hit #5, you will get the local person & that works perfectly every time. Great pizza & good prices.

This way my first time there and the cashier was rude. I ordered online and chose option for them to bring out, it asked for u to describe vehicle. I sat out in front and waited n looked in. I chose this option because I just had surgery. I went in and told them but got rude response and not even apologize. He said that he couldnt see it and still no sorry being mislead.
