We have been to this hotel several times over the years now, and usually have a nice stay.

This time wasn't one of them. Found out our tub didn't have a stopper, went down to the desk to ask for one. Desk clerk couldn't understand me, didn't know what a stopper or plug was.

Hot Breakfast was dismal, so I went with Waffles and muffins for breakfast.

Disappointed, we usually love staying here

We come to Hannibal regularly because we have family in the area. We have not been to the Quality Inn in quite a few years, but decided to try it out again. Overall, we would not be back.

First the positives: our room was big enough for 6 people with two queens and a pull out couch. There was also a huge walk in closet which seemed a little out of place, but we used it as an extra room with a blow up mattress. There was a jacuzzi tub in the room and multiple baths were taken!

Unfortunately, that was all the positives. Now on to the not so good: our room did not smell good. And the bathroom was even worse. It smelled very strongly of urine. We stayed out of it as much as possible.
The sofa bed mattress was miserable. I understand that a sofa bed is not a good mattress by default, but this was old, springs sticking out, stains everywhere. It was gross. And there were no sheets for it so we just used the top decorative sheet from one of the other beds and made do.
The floors were sticky.
The breakfast wasn’t terrible, but the juice machine was broken. The lady said it had been broken for over a month, yet there was not anything besides coffee and milk. Put some juice bottles in the refrigerator! They didn’t even have water out; someone had to ask for it.
No one at the front desk when I was there. I called the number and she said she was coming and I waited awhile before giving up.
We would only go back if we were really desperate.

The front desk attendant said the food at the nearby restaurant was great, he didn't lie. The room was clean and well maintained.

Great hotel for the price point. Lobby was well appointed and clean. Rooms are big and the sheets are super soft. Bathroom was spotless. The pool was nice, a little warm for my liking, but I think most ppl like it that way. Breakfast was good, but if you get there after 9:20, they don't refill. Don't blame for that, but feel like it's good to know/understand. There were a few spots that had off putting smells, but it was food being cooked in rooms I believe. Staff were kind and helpful!

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. Upon check-in, the staff member was very hard to understand, which made the process uncomfortable and frustrating.

The room itself was okay, but it felt extremely outdated and could use some serious renovations. The pool area was particularly disappointing; it looked dirty, and the temperature in the pool room was uncomfortably hot, making it an unpleasant experience.

On a positive note, breakfast was quite good, but the older gentleman working there had an overpowering odor that was hard to ignore.

Overall, our stay was not enjoyable, and I don’t think we’ll be returning.

We checked in at around 10pm. We were traveling from Indiana on our way to Montana. We used booking.com. I went to take a bath and use the bathroom after traveling for several hours but I immediately discovered our bathroom seat had blood in the back of the seat. Due to the time there was no maid service so I had to clean it up. Blood was in the hinges of the toilet seat too. We were offered no compensation due to the 3rd party payment. We were told the manager would call us but it's after 4pm and no call. The breakfast was good, and free but the sneeze guard on the buffet was filthy. This hotel is definitely having issues with its cleaning staff. I didn't think to take pictures until after I had cleaned up part of the blood but here's pics of it in the hinges of the seat.
