I’m a big fan of brisket..So when I came across Rooster Knobb I thought I’d give them a try. I’m out here in Missouri doing some work and after an epic failure on Door Dash’s part, Dana (one of the owners)herself brought my food to me. I tell you what, this is how a great meal is supposed to be done! That brisket is so full of flavor that I didn’t even want to put any sauce on it! Everything in my meal was exactly the same. I’m happy I’m going to be here for a while so I can order more lol. Dana, my compliments to you and your husband, and thank you so much for going out of your way for me.
