Rooster Knobb

Omg this little place puts out big taste! Tonight I ordered the burnt ends. Succulent, flavorful, ends. A free side with my order. I'm going back as soon as possible to try something else.

I’m a big fan of brisket..So when I came across Rooster Knobb I thought I’d give them a try. I’m out here in Missouri doing some work and after an epic failure on Door Dash’s part, Dana (one of the owners)herself brought my food to me. I tell you what, this is how a great meal is supposed to be done! That brisket is so full of flavor that I didn’t even want to put any sauce on it! Everything in my meal was exactly the same. I’m happy I’m going to be here for a while...

We ordered from here last weekend and had the burnt ends, smoked meatballs and pork steak and of course all the sides. My husband and I LOVE meat and have never tasted anything so delicious in our lives. I cannot recommend this place enough! We will for sure be going back! Thank you! Thank you!
