Great place. Good food. Good service.

Had the Rustic Oak steak, a beer, and the Butterbeer. Absolutely fantastic environment, menu, and atmosphere. Only downside is we came during dinner time, so they were packed and had trouble catching up.

Server was a sweetheart, excellent service and really great food!! Cooked to perfection ❤️

I’m sorry, this place seems very popular and so it rings some peoples bells, but their 9 oz burgers are *not* 9 oz burgers. I learned a long time ago that my wife and I can’t eat an entire 8 oz burger ourselves because it’s just too much food. So, we thought definitely we should split the whopping 9 oz burger, right? When it came out, needless to say, we were both underwhelmed and disappointed. That thing was more like a 5.5 oz burger, slightly larger than a McDonalds 1/4 pound burger… for $15 dollars? Such a joke. And the other funny thing? They say they’re “thick” burgers take 20 minutes to cook, so expect to wait. I like to cook, and do it a lot, so… that size burger? Should have been more like 5 minutes! And! We asked for it medium rare and it came out more like medium well. And the EIGHT steak fries we got? Extremely salty… we were both trying to scrape off the excess salt. Never have we split a half pound burger and left feeling hungry. Today we did, which tells me it’s false advertising. They’re not 9 oz burgers. We stopped at Taco Bell on the way back to the hotel. And crossed this place off our list of places to return to.

The atmosphere is just what you’re looking for for a nice dinner with your family or friends. The service is always top-notch and the food is our favorite steakhouse. You won’t be disappointed with anything on the menu. We have tried a wide selection and always enjoyed it.

Best place I've been to in this town! Everyone is leaving absolutely satisfied! The kids enjoyed their meals and their free scoop's of ice cream. Each of us got something different, we all tried a little bit of everything that was ordered. Will definitely come back when in town, an would recommend to anyone!

Bun was very dry to the point I ate my burger without it . Salad was really good, the wife's horseshoe was good she said and was a nice sized serving.

My daughter and I enjoyed the food and the calming environment. Our waitress had great customer service, she smiled the entire time, and was very attentive. My daughter even said she'd come back with her friends.
I highly recommend stopping at Rustic Oak for lunch or dinner. Believe me I don't typically give restaurants second chances but after 7 years of not eat here due to a bad experience, I decided why not!!! Wonderful improvements and I'd definitely come back. ☺

Always like the food and love the staff. My only somewhat complaint is limited hours. But, I get it. It is your run of the mill medium priced non-chain restaurant but they do that well! Any seafood/fish dish is fantastic as their roumelade is amazing!
