Hannibal, MO. Asked to hold at drive thru, sat for 10 minutes, placed order online, parked in ordering space. Took them a few minutes for them to acknowledge our existence. Gave them order name, we're tolt that they would process the order and bring it out when they could..kinda snarkey. 13 minutes later we had our food, not even fresh.
Good drive-in food. Order and pay from your vehicle; food is delivered quickly.

The quality of the food is unsatisfactory, even when the order is correct.Either the food is not prepared properly, or the order is incorrect. I understand that they, like everywhere else, are understaffed and working as hard as they can. It's just getting mundane; every time we go, something is wrong if we can even get a worker to answer us on the drive-through speaker.

I don't even know how many times I've come here got through the long waiting line get to the speaker and absolutely no one take my order. We ended up going to Arby's for mozzarella sticks and a shake. So over this place. It's been like this for literally a year or so. Everyone needs to be fired and find all new employees or something man.

This place has the worst service of anywhere i have experienced. Tonight my bf got us dinner from here. He pulled up to the drivethru at 10 after 6, it's now after 630 pm and he's still waiting on our food (currently happening). This is jot the first time either. Weve been before to this location and waited well over 10 min for them to take our order. It's disgusting how long it takes for "fast" food here.

Service was incredibly slow. Garlic butter burger was DRENCHED in way too much garlic butter. Onion rings were not good. The bacon ranch chicken snack wrap had no ranch and was made with yellow nacho cheese instead of white queso. The facility is dirty and gross. The only thing that came out good were the fries and one of the drinks we ordered. Everything else was thrown away because it was so poorly made and didn't taste good.

Took my order, waited for more than 25 minutes. Never received order. Pressed call light again to inquire. They didn't know anything about an order and wanted to take it again. This has happened numerous times at this establishment. Would rate a zero if I could.

I usually love Sonic, but this was my first time to the hannibal location, and it wasn't great. The person who came to my car didn't say anything when he got there, just held out the food. I think he did say you're welcome, though, so that was nice. Then my fries and burger were barely even warm. Not the usual quality I get at other Sonics.

Asked for my milkshake with no whipped cream or cherry and it had both all melted into the shake. No flavor of banana, just tasted like vanilla icecream. My friend got a turtle shake and it hardly had any candy in it and what was in it tasted stale. The lady working was unfriendly to make it worse

New delivery driver in town. I have been to some nasty places but this was the most disgusting ever. First mistake they made, they should never make the drivers come inside and witness what I did today. Now to the nasty, the guys in the back making the food are not wearing gloves. Nasty hands making burgers. Every piece of that burger was touched (the bun, the patty, the cheese, etc..). Oh, ya, the fries are man handled also. BUT WAIT... THERE'S MORE!!! I watched one guy scratching his sweaty balls and go right back to touching food. And the other guy must have had a little sniffle.
