Fanciest Subway I have ever seen but the absolute worst service. Took about 10 minutes to get through the line even though there were only 2 people ahead of and when I finally got to the register they made me wait so they could ring up a different order. Pretzel and cheese were cold.

Tooj my kids here to eat after meet the teacher night. I stood at the counter for 8 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. 3 workers and nobody helped me. One worker was making online orders by perfecting placement of every single little ingredient and would not acknowledge me. The other 2 works went to the back after about 5 minutes. I finally just left. I highly suggest ordering online! You might get better service.

The owner of this location won’t honor the online deals. This location is very expensive and I don’t get it but I’m not from here. Very strange location. I hope corporate gets involved.I will not order if I cannot use their promotions. I’ve had both good and bad experiences with the employees. I agree with previous review that there’s too many young adults with poor attitudes working most restaurants in Hannibal. It’s sad to see in a tourist town that I’m opening up an AirBNB in. I hope my guests have better experiences with places like this.

Place looked cool but thats aside from having to wait for 10+ min after my mobile order was suppose to be complete for them to start making my sandwich. Ok whatever, but after eating my first half of my sandwich I happen to find a nicely lovely silky black hair staring at me. Come on guys. #

It's a new Subway in Hannibal, bigger than other subways, and you can dine it with family, Check out the photos. Friendly staff. Cleaned restaurant and bathrooms are cleaned. I will highly recommend it. I am not sure whether the coupon code is accepted or not.
