No one beats the 9th and Broadway location in Quincy. They can make your sandwich in about 30 seconds. You could drive to Quincy, eat, and back in less time than it takes to get through the line at the Hannibal location.

Ordered and had sandwiches door dashed, our two sandwiches have so much mayonnaise that it had come out the sides, BUT we didn't order mayonnaise. Wasn't able to clean off to make them edible. Called and had no offer to remake or replace them.

I placed an online order for sandwiches and my husband drove home. I ate part of my sandwich and realized they put barbecue sauce on my meatball marinara, no cheese, no pickles, no ranch, no banana peppers, and no black olives. I called to see what they could do. The person who answered said we could drive all the way back and they would swap the sandwich… the point was to pick up food on the way home not drive a extra 30 minutes… when I explained that he didn’t offer to take photos to show as proof to get the sandwich remade when we come back to town or any other alternative, he said well I can’t do anything and my manager isn’t here and gave me the owners phone #. I called the owner and got a voicemail and no phone call back. I’ll upload photos of what I ordered vs what the sandwich looks like. Did I try to go to the subway website a try to “chat” with them to get it resolved? Yes, but you can’t because it doesn’t allow you to go past “click to add photos of the receipt” so I guess this is where the review will be made. I would recommend only going if you are going to stand there and insure that they make them properly if you want it made the way it was ordered and how you paid for it to be made.

How can you not accept coupons that corporate puts out. Not only that but they were super skimpy on toppings and the bathroom was gross. The lady who told us about the coupon said that the local owner owns several in the area so don’t bother using coupons until you get to palmyra…
