Absolutely disgusting place. They had a darn chalupa shell holding their prep table leg up! Good all over the place. Horrible lazy staff that don't get the orders correctly, got all of my drinks with no ice.... who doesn't put ice in a drink

I'm traveling and there's not much I can eat around here. I can't eat dairy because it makes me very, very, very sick. Like food poisoning sick. So I got 4 basic tacos, just lettuce and meat, no cheese. I got done eating most of it and thought something tasted a little off. I pulled apart the last one and there was some cheese in it. Now I'm stuck in a hotel with 2 pets, sick as a dog, and I have to get up at 5:30am to head to my next place. If I could report them to someone, I would.

The girl took a while to take our order and we had to ask for something multiple times after she went silent. We asked for no tomato and got it on our food anyways. She seemed uninterested in doing her job and was talking to her friend about McDonald's while taking our order. Just seemed rude

I ordered a Cheese and a Chicken Quesadia and a Large drink and:
1. They gave me a small instead of a large
2. The Chicken one was fine but the cheese one was BURNT. There was no cheese even.
3. Tables, floor, seats were gross and disgusting.
They are clearly understaffed, and maybe not caring for the dining room. I came from IL for a day trip out of town and this is diabolical.

Unfortunately can’t give zero stars. This entire building is disgusting and dirty. Parking lot had trash all over, bathrooms likely haven’t been cleaned since the building was new, and all tables and chairs were sticky? What do they clean this place with? Maple syrup? Will never return.

This restaurant was absolutely disgusting! The tables, chairs, floors, etc. were all filthy. The trash was piled in a massive pile on top of an overflowing trash can in the women’s room. There was no soap in the women’s room either. When I placed my order at the kiosk, I went to the counter to get my cups for our drinks. After multiple employees looking at me, one came to help me. He threw one cup at me, when I asked for two. Then he told me to use another one that had already been placed on the counter, presumably part of someone else’s order. Waited over twenty minutes for our food, which had been slopped into our bag. Boxes weren’t shut, food spilling everywhere inside the bag. While we were there, a group of people were waiting to order at the counter. They weren’t even helped the whole time we sat and ate our food. Will never be going back to this Taco Bell, don’t waste your time or money here.

Tried taco bell again in Hannibal and did an online order. The order said it was going to be completed at 6:56pm. I got there and waited 30 minutes after the fact. Also several people had come in and ordered after 7pm and received their orders before mine. This taco bell would be better if they went ahead and closed. When I asked them about my order they just ignored me. If you want Taco Bell go to Bowling Green or Quincy. This one isn't worth it. 0/5 🌟
