This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been too. They don’t work very fast and there was a long wait. I get home and all 3 of my crunchy tacos were crushed. The shells were in about 15 pieces. All 3 of them!! You can’t tell me that wasn’t done on purpose. I’ve never had that happen before.

Food was ok but the service was slow with a full staff and the lobby had every table dirty with leftover food from other people and the bathrooms were covered in trash. The trash bins in the lobby were also sitting out in the open and overflowing.

Walked in, nobody seemed to want to take our order so we ordered on the fancy machine. As we waited several minutes we had to ask for our cups. Where the employees were standing making our food there were a lot of food on the floor, I mean a lot. Finally got our cups, no ice in machine. Soda didn’t taste right, possibly flat. Food comes, daughter ordered no cheese because she doesn’t eat cheese. Crazy I know but all her tacos have cheese. They fix it after walking back up there. No napkins in dispenser by the sauces are kept. Bathroom had no towels, dryer wasn’t working. I will say food was hot and tasted good. Appearance means a lot to people, this Taco Bell in Hannibal Missouri needs cleaned up! Also there was a really nice lady working that was taller than the boys who helped up and was friendly.

It’s smelt burnt they put chicken in my food I told them not to they have hair all in my food I’m done with this Taco Bell it’s the worst u can get it sucks they throw things together they act like they don’t care oh yeah THEY DONT

They need to learn to read tickets. Make sure you check your food before you leave so you get all customizations you paid for and expect long waits in the drive through.

I seriously don't see this operation being open to much longer. Got 2 out of my 3 orders wrong. Went in to get my food replaced to what I ordered and it took an extra 30 min to get. And the order is a mess barely any ingredients on my tacos at all. I orders a number 1 regular no cheese I got an order of supreme loaded with cheese. There wasn't anything to taste but a shell. The other was a number 6 chalupa no tomatoes. I got a vegetarian chalupa loaded with tomatoes. Maybe if the 6 workers that I seen in there was concern with there job instead of making playing around with one another and the customers this kind of review would have been different. The place was fine as of cleanliness out side of register but inside there was food all over the floor and not a very clean spot to work. Also drinks had no ice so we had warm drinks with our crap meal. For what I got the price sucked $31 for a crazy meal. Please fix or just shut down.

My food was very good I ordered loaded tacos. Wish I would have gotten my whole order was missing some items and was given unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea. As far as the atmosphere goes I'm not sure I went through the drive through on my way to work. It was very busy.

Saw a regular employee, the big white guy, touch the screen with his GLOVES and then go handle food. This is a health code violation that’s clearly done regularly. Completely unnecessary because he could have the employee not wearing gloves do it, but he did it himself. You cannot have this be common practice. I’m going to get his name next time I’m in.

Took forever on food. Very simple order. Then they didn’t have the drinks ready. So had to wait five extra minutes on them. This was the DRIVE THRU. Huge line backed up now because their inefficiency with out order.

Small Town Customs

Food was good but they need to adjust the soda machine.. all the soda's taste like carbonated water...
