I wanted a chicken chalupa supreme and could not find it on the order screen except as a combo meal which I didn’t want. No employee at the cash register and I couldn’t catch the eye of anyone working in the back. Finally I ordered soft tacos. The tortillas were filled mostly with lettuce. I’d say the ratio was 90 percent lettuce, 9 percent meat, and one percent cheese. My husband got mango tea which tasted like water. He dumped that and got diet Mountain Dew. That was just carbonated water. He dumped that finally got Pepsi Zero and that was okay. Would not recommend this location.

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been too. Took 45min after ordering to get our food or drinks only to have the order wrong. Second time around food order was still wrong. Whole building was gross. Unfriendly staff literally stood at the counter for 30min before any worker asked why I was there. Totally ridiculous.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. To start off, we came in, and the place is full of dirty tables. We ordered our food at the keiosk thing. Waited about 45 minutes to get drinks and only received half our food order. Waited another 20 minutes for the rest of our food. Paid over $60 for 5 people. Two adults and 3 children. None of our food extras were correct. Didn't add sour cream but charged us for all of them.. first and last time coming to this location. Food was not fast or fresh. Staff was not friendly. The place was dirty. We could have gone to a sit-down restaurant and got out sooner than this took.

Very cold in the building. Our order was delivered wrong but since they were out of receipt paper, there was no way we could prove it and have our food corrected. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes and no worker acknowledged our existence to allow us to ask for corrections.

We came around 10pm and the service was awful. We ourselves repeating ourselves multiple times, the lady was not nice at all, and they got my food wrong. I asked for no sour cream and it came with sour cream even though the recipe said no sour cream. I would give zero stars because that place was awful. The wait time was 10-15 minutes and the lady was so disrespectful.
Staff at drive thru was good but is taco supreme and it has a few sprinkles of cheese. Come on!!! Put some dam cheese on your tacos!!

Super nasty inside. Floors sticky. They were spraying all the tables down when we got there and never wiped them. Chemicals on table weren’t diluted either. Very unhealthy. Team members were kind to the old people that couldn’t use the kiosks but place is just yucky. Sticky chairs. Bathroom out of service. Inappropriate music playing loudly. Wish I went some where else
