This place is just TERRIBLE! I’m not sure how they can even pass a health inspection. Between the missing items, the disgusting kitchen, and not to mention the very unprofessional staff as well as the long wait times! Just go somewhere else I promise you won’t regret it!

The restaurant is disgusting. Absolutely filthy, floors are sticky, food everywhere, overflowing trash, condiments are out of stock and the food is usually cold or something is missing. Honestly this place needs to be shut down by the health department. Drive thru is long and slow and won't even acknowledge you when you pull up to order. I would rather drive to the Macon Taco Bell because they are friendly, fast, and CLEAN.

Horrible customer service and long wait times. The employees ignore you and won't even acknowledge you when you ask about your order. The restaurant is filthy. I hate coming here to pick up orders for Doordash.
This place blows we waited 25 minutes after we placed our order to find out they deleted the order from the system and then we are still currently waiting while the workers have been chit chatting and doing nothing this is the worst taco bell ive ever

Just sat in the drive threw for 20 mins when there was one car in front of us. when we got to the window we were told we were screaming and needed to leave the drive. One we was not screaming and 2 we have worked there before and are related to the manager. Do not go there they do not care about the customer. Crystal is not a good manager and should be fired.
