We love trying new pizza/pasta places! The Brick Oven was within walking distance to our Airbnb making it a convenient stop. This was the BEST pizza and the BEST meatballs that we’ve had in a long time. The brick oven bread appetizer could be a meal all on its own. It’s a soft bread with a hint of spices that melts in your mouth. The pizza is a thin crust, with the perfect amount of a three cheese blend, plus pepperonis under and on top of the cheese! Grandpa Karl’s spaghetti was a medium plate with 2 huge meatballs. Our waitress was knowledgeable, helpful, and very courteous. We walked away completely stuffed with our to-go boxes! While the price tag was a bit higher than we expected, it was worth every penny!! 10/10 recommend.
Burnt pizza. Inattentive waitress. Didn't give back correct change.
Portions not very big for the price. Good wine list.

Service was slow, many of the items on the menu weren’t available, and much of the food we ordered was mediocre. I wouldn’t go out of my way to try this place.

Pizza dough is house made and hand tossed. Impressive wine list for a small town(population 8000) restaurant.
I come here for the gluten free crust pizza whenever I'm passing through Hannibal. ?

Usually this is a hannibal go to but the last time I went the bruschetta was super basic with dried out tomatoes and too much red onion. It was out of balance and flavorless and the balsamic containers were clogged up and gross. Same held true for the baked chicken alfredo. The white sauce was flavorless unless you count the overwhelming spinach flavor and tasted like it came from some knock off jar. The chicken tasted like it was boiled in water and thrown in with the white sauce which didn’t have the seasoning or salt to bring any flavor to the meat. It’ll be a while before I do anything more than wine and appetizers there.

Food is ok. But service is not. The waiters are always rude, and in a hurry, and if you don’t look up scale they will treat you different. They really need to focus on their costumer service.. and after the third time being there and treated not good enough we won’t be back.

My husband's Cajun pizza was good. My Sicilian spaghetti was too salty and oily. The balance of olives, anchovies and papers were way off. The salad was overdressed. Our waitress seemed annoyed to serve us. I asked if I could get lemons for my water and she responded with "when I get the time to cut them," which I would have understood if the place was full and I didn't see her just standing by the bar.
