Went around 7pm on a Saturday. Both smoothies we got were really bland. One still had chunks of ice in it. To top it off there was someone, in plain clothes and off the clock, literally walking on top of the front counter, getting stuff taped up to paint I guess? The whole experience was a waste of time and money.

I tell you what, Raylee and Reagan are the best people you could ask for. Quick service, the most delicious food I've ever tasted . These ladies were so polite and courteous I'm in awe. They were awesome!!!!!!

I would not recommend adding the protein it did not mix well at all in my smoothie and it had a terrible after taste i could literally taste the granuals in my drink and was unable to drink it. When I asked how much protein my drink had in it they could not even provide the information to me! They attempted to search in a book but were not successful.

I've now had Tropical Smoothie Cafe multiple times. I've found my new go-to for lunch! It's delicious, fast, orders have been accurate thus far, and the employees are always so friendly to greet me when I stop in to pick up my order. Thank you! This place is especially helpful for those on their glp-1 journey. 💚 Couldn't be happier.
i came in today to get a smoothie and it was delicious ☺️ not sure what their name was but the worker with the short blonde hair was so sweet and made my order so perfect.. i will definitely be returning. however, the woman who i would assume is the manager, was screeching at all the employees while they were only doing their jobs... hmm

Previously this was a good place to eat. I've been noticing the quality has went way down. Today in particular , I ordered a turkey bacon sandwich with no tomato. Literally got nothing but turkey and cheese. Sometimes the sandwich is warm, sometimes it's not. The smoothie I usually order is rarely consistent in flavor. When they wrap up the sandwiches, they sloppily squeeze it in the wrapper. The workers barely acknowledge customers anymore. If I order on the app, I don't have time to go back and have them remake my food. And honestly shouldn't have to. I'm not sure if it's lack of training or what. But the quality is sub-par

Shelbi made my smoothie last night and when I got it there was ice chunks and when I asked her to remake it an she told I can only blend it, after she did that I got it back an it tasted like water so I asked if she could remake it an she told me no, so I walked out and told her thank you to have a wonderful night. This morning when I went in I asked if they could make that smoothie again and the manger had a complete attitude with me a said that she could make it but I have to pay again. It’s fine that I have to pay again but when I’m paying for it I would like to get what I paid for. Me and my husband are always in there for a smoothie. Just hate that I spend 20 dollars on two smoothies a they tasted like water.

My mom made an online order and I got a dragon fruit açaí bowl(one of the new items) and a Chia banana boost and my mom ordered a breakfast wrap. When I started to eat my bowl I noticed the fresh fruit on top was old and sour but everything else in my bowl was fine. My mom informed me her wrap wasn’t cooked. Even when it’s a busy day food still should come out properly and should be fresh not sour.
Always a great choice to get food and smoothies. Very polite.

Stopped in on our travels north for a quick bite - very pleased!! My veggie hummus wrap was delicious. My daughter had a Sunrise Sunset smoothie and said it was great. My son had a Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich and thought it was excellent. All was prepared quickly. Thank you, Tropical Smoothie Café, for providing healthy food options and pleasant service on our trip! 🌯🥛🥭☀️🍋
