“Stopped for lunch as we passed through Harrisonville on Hwy 49/71. The food was EXCELLENT! Great and fresh flavor with good portions. Will keep this restaurant on our list of favorite stops. Excellent friendly customer service as well!”

“AMAZING FOOD!!! Service was fast and friendly. Fried mushrooms were so good, as was the marinara sauce that came with the mozzerella sticks. I would buy a jar of that in a heartbeat! We will definitely be back.”

Wow. Just the right tenderness (meat stays on the bone when I want it to, slides right off when I'm ready for it!), flavorful, just the right amount of smokey flavor.

Didn't try anything else, but definitely 5 stars for the ribs!

“6/27/25 went there for supper. waiter had no personality, our food was nasty and was cold when served to us. Best part of the meal was the chips, salsa, cheese sauce and guacamole. Waited for ever to get the bill, finally got his attention and had to ask him for it. Can not recommend this place to anyone.”

“Last minute I decided to get the prime rib holiday meal. LET me tell you my stress level on preparing Christmas dinner was gone and the prime rib was PERFECT along with the other sides. 10 out of 10...you guys hit it out of the park!!”

“I traveled all the way from New York State to visit friends, and the first place we went to, was Best Burrito. I'm telling you, the food was amazing, the portions were great, and the staff was phenomenal. Our local (here in NY) burrito place, Angry Burrito, has nothing compared to Best Burrito. Guess you can call them their arch nemesis. I can't wait to come back and go to Best Burrito again. Go here, you will not be disappointed.”

“We’ve popped in a few times this summer and find the Mazzio staff to be top notch! The friendly and prompt service is wonderful even when they are swamped!”

“I go to the district frequently with my mom. The service is always on point. I went there last week and asked for their voodoo sauce for my chicken fingers (highly recommend it, it’s like a creamy Alfredo Cajun sauce). It was taking a while and I was wondering, where’s Cali (the bartender) it’s taking a while. She came back with the sauce and said “Sorry, we were out, but I made you a new batch.” That sums up the service I get there every time I go. The conversation is always great, drinks never empty, and quality and standard of food are high. I highly recommend the district to anyone in Harrisonville who is tired of the same old spots.”

“The young person over the phone when I ordered was not knowledgeable on the sizes / servings per pizza that are offered. Maybe they were new, but the overall feel of my experience was that management was lacking and that teenagers were left in charge. My pizza was great though!”

“Michael was such a nice guy. He helped me get the best bang for my buck. We had carry out. The b.l.t. (I had them take off the tomato) was dry as they forgot to add the mayo it said it came with. However, the pecan pie made up for it. Lol. It was delicious! The French fries were good...as was the cottage cheese.”

I go here regularly and the atmosphere is always so inviting and Nina is such a unique, genuine and kind soul. You will not find service like hers anywhere else. Not only do I love this place but so do my children. Will forever be stopping by for all things baked by Nina! 💕”

“Stopped by this afternoon with a friend to grab a coffee and a bite to eat. The inside is so unique, the coffee was delicious, but the real treat was Dalton. While waiting for a salad my friend asked Dalton for some tricks and tips with making latte art as she makes her own lattes at home and has been experimenting. He asked her what type of machine she was using and then went into detail about how to use the steamer properly, how long to steam the milk depending on the type of milk you’re using, and then he whips out a fresh shot, steams some milk, and then shows us how he does it! If you’re in the area or just passing through this is definitely the spot to go!”

“The staff was friendly and appeared to know how to make the products as expected. I would say they may be too locked into process and overlook little ways to up customer service. Case in point, I I’m the only customer in the location picking up my mobile order. They know what my order is cause they asked after I stood at the mobile counter what I was waiting for. Figured out that the cup for my cold brew was placed by the dispenser and forgotten. Interestingly, they made the drink from about mid counter and rather than hand the drink to me over the counter at that time they proceeded down the counter to the mobile order pick up area, called it my name and proceed to place the drink in its designated location rather than hand it off to me directly across the counter. I will use this opportunity to again state I was the only customer in the location. A fact that I visually confirmed after witnessing this process first hand thinking maybe another customer had entered the location and this could be their drink… no one had and the conversation with me less than three minutes before that this was my drink. As a person who trains religiously in process I commend the efforts on getting the associate to recognize its importance. As someone who also has spent decades training on customer service, use this opportunity to also train on reading the room and taking advantage of the fact that the associate has already identified that the drink belongs to the only customer in the location. They have the customer’s name, and can now personalize the delivery experience by acknowledging the customer by name, handing the drink over where they’re at which at the time was near the food and use that opportunity to upsell a food item. “Hey have you tried the chocolate croissant yet? It’s one of my favorites. Particularly when I’m drinking my cold brew”

Again, functionally the staff did everything as trained and I was pleased with my service. Even the slight forgetfulness on my cup leading to a bit of a delay in getting my drink, they were apologetic and quick to resolve. Just acknowledging getting too locked into process can lessen the opportunity to enhance the customer experience and miss out on the ancillary sales”

“The staff here is amazing. They make our food fresh and it's always hot and good. They have the best crab Rangoon I have ever tasted, and the egg rolls are delicious.”

“Went to Jose's cafe for breakfast, I ordered my regular, Half size breakfast scrambler w over medium egg on top & smothered w sausage gravy. Once again, I was happy.”

“When I go to Scooters coffee, Lauren always takes great care of me. This is the only Scooters, or coffee shop for that matter, I will go to. The coffee is great, but Lauren always finds a way to make my day better which is why I love going”

“The food was tasty & we were seated quickly. There isn't a huge variety, but since it's in a smaller town that's probably necessary! They did have enough variety that I'm sure anyone can find something they'll love! The fried shrimp are really good!”
