So glad they moved into a bigger place. Sushi was delicious and the sashimi tasted fresh. Crab rangoon and egg rolls were hot and packed full of flavor. The chicken hibachi was cooked ok, chicken very tender but was a little bit dry. Nothing that some sweet and sour sauce couldn't fix. Food was displayed very well. I've been to Peniku a few times and every time the food was great. Service is always good when I come in. Tonight my waitress was Hanna and I just have to brag on her. I dined alone so she didn't have to wait on me a ton, but she was fantastic. She was super friendly and had a smile the whole time while serving multiple tables. She's the type of waitress that would make me come back for more. A+!

Very good in all categories. The food itself was tasty and fresh. Good explanation was given if you asked about a menu item. The service was quick and they checked back the appropriate amount of times. The decor was not over done and it was spacious without overcrowding tables like some places similar I've been to. Over all I would recommend you go here even if you haven't tried Japanese before as they will help you with your choices. We had the shrimp bento box and loved it!
