I got a Reuben sandwich, it was warm on toasted bread. Yes, I enjoyed my sandwich. My cinnamon roll was heated, which was a nice touch. My waitress was attentive to all the guests.

? okay so my review is about the bathrooms the woman's bathroom in particular..... Best bathroom ever. They have a bidet and it's temperature control. Heated toilet seats ? and the best part is there is a sink in every stall ?.... They have showers at this place as well food... I should have taken pictures but next time I go back I will ??

Original post on Sapp Bros reviews, thought I’d put down my food specifically here. Got the BBQBano with Cajun fries. Not the biggest sandwich but for the price and the quality of the meat it is absolutely delicious and worth the try. Staff was super friendly, does take a little bit of a wait though. Overall am happy with the food and service, will be back for sure. Thank you

Will not return. Ordered simple French toast eggs over easy and hash browns. Eggs and hash browns were fine. Sweet tea is good. The French toast is nearly burned on outside the inside was still raw and runny. Manger said it’s supposed to be that way. I don’t think so. Will not return.

Went in today with my wife and 2 children. Waitress was rude, tried to serve my son a drink with multiple dead bugs in it. Food took over 30 minutes to get.. overall horrible experience!
Too expensive for a measly meal. Plus waitress that I had has an attitude. 15 dollars for a Philly steak sandwich that don't even come with fries!! PATHETIC.
Food and service light years better than what is found and experienced at TA/Petro's - at least except the food at locations with Black Bear Diners in them. The server was very friendly and made a point to strike up conversations with everyone. I had the Philly sandwich and clearly you can see it was a massive portion, not bad for $12.99.

My chicken tenders were juicy and the fires here cooked just right the seasoning was great, however DO NOT GO THERE FOR BREAKFAST. My aunt ordered a OVER EASY eggs and hash brown light not crispy, and not only were they both over cooked they were lukewarm. though we are not very picky people we wouldn’t be making this negative comment if our service wasn’t as bad as it was.It took over 35 min to get our food (we didn’t order much)There was only 4 people besides us so therefor there is no way the kitchen could have been backed up, I’ve worked in a kitchen for a year and my aunt 35 years and never once would we have taken that long in that situation.The waitress was more worried about her own personal conversations rather than doing her job. Also a waitress came out after us and continued to give us very ignorant looks while we sat in our car getting ready to leave.Overall the food was mid tear and inconsistent, and in my personal opinion you should never let a costumer leave regretting were they had stoped to eat.

We waited 1.5 hours for our food. Which arrived cold, when we asked for our eggs to be redone we heard the cook say PUT THEM O. THE MICROWAVE. Needless to say we will not be returning.
