Drive through is no longer drive through. If you choose drive through pickup, regardless of your order status, they send you to waiting parking spot 1-4. Food was warm but condiments were poor and wrong.

Crowded with annoying teenagers and young adults being well themselves. Food was atrocious. Dry hard bun not even warm...spit it and threw it out the window management should be fired!!

Would give 0 Stars. Waited over 30 min. They refused to give me my food. Wouldn't talk to me face to face. Yeld at me from the fry area. Have receipt proving i paid and it is correct location. She didn't care and refused to even look at it.

Ordered on screen ppl waiting to order at counter waited 10 minutes while the lady stood there staring at the cooking area. Ordered QP deluxe extra pickle. Burger tasted burnt and old got 1 pickle and no lettuce tried to get the ladies attn 3 times she never turned around so got my own ranch from behind counter n left realized she didn't give me my drink went back another person same thing I walked behind counter grabbed everyone's cups while the lady continued to stand there with her back turned. After getting my drink the lady from drive through finally came over to take ppls orders and inside cashier was still oblivious

Always get my food out quickly and accurately. Debbie brought my food out today and went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed and was very nice.
Staff has the tv monitor up front turned off. Either they don't want you to know if your order has been entered or don't want you to know how long you have waited. Either way they need to turn the order monitor back on.
