I will be in touch with the manager in the morning but I’m irate. When you ask someone to remake something because you can blatantly see plastic pieces of your lid broken off and they remix it saying that it’s remade. And you get into your ice cream and there is a piece of plastic. Seriously this is not okay. Not right and seriously dangerous to the consumer. I in a million years would never treat a customer with complete disregard for their safety.

Stopped here on the way back from a 16 hour drive. I’ve never been so pleasantly surprised in my life. My food in service was impeccable and the best McDonald’s service I have ever received in my life. Tracie is a MUST get in terms of a worker. Turned all our frowns from such a long car ride right to a wide smile with great food and great service. She needs a raise ASAP, THANK YOU TRACIE!!!

Good when they have everything you want. They like to pick n chose when they want to have ice cream and it's always in the dumbest times, during dinner rush or right after, knowing they didn't have time to do anything to to it yet.

I always order a hot latte and last two years I was tapping reorder option and they came with iced latte and I am like no, I ordered hot latte not cold and if they look the app, the cups that they use for the hot latte and those for the iced latte doesn’t look same. They said they will make a hot one but they used a plastic cup that they use for the juice. I asked them why they did that? You should use the cups that are there for the hot latte. They gave me a hot latte that covered with the lid that they use for the juice cups and the manager said have a nice day with firm voice like “they are telling me to leave.”

Hello McDonald's, we and I love you very much! But today I didn’t like the fact that your employee made me drink a milkshake, and in the interval before finishing my drink, he swept the floor without gloves on his hands and then started making my milkshake! You could go crazy, I’m terribly squeamish and I won’t drink this, but I didn’t say anything to your employee, I don’t like to offend people! Dear McDonald's, please take measures to ensure that your food products are clean and that employees use hygiene products so that everyone enjoys eating what people buy. The employee swept the floor with his bare hands and then did not wash his hands, took my kettle and cooked it.
