Very disappointed, now 2 times in a row I've asked for light ice and seem to get extra ice. And this time my coffee tasted nasty. I dont treat myself often so its definitely a bummer if I dont receive my drink how I order it.
The staff was friendly and appeared to know how to make the products as expected. I would say they may be too locked into process and overlook little ways to up customer service. This is the best Starbucks I have been to it is so nice and so peaceful and the baristas are so kind they make my drinks exactly how I like and they even made me an amazing custom drink that I had asked for and it turned out way better than I imagined it I love this place!!! 🤎
