I had a mishap through door dash and my food never was delivered, however it was marked delivered. DoorDash was not helpful so I reached out to the branch directly. The management was quick to investigate what happened and apologize. The customer service was above and beyond to right a wrong they didn't fully need to take responsibility for, I was hand delivered a sandwhich within an hour of first contacting them. The help and abundance of kindness did not go unnoticed!
3 items for wraps. They said they could fix other things as wraps. Later they said they could fix an item as a wrap. But they knew I wanted a tortilla wrap but they made a lettuce wrap. I was furious I'd been duped!!!!!
