I am on a long road trip and was so hungry when I stopped for gas. I rarely eat subway so I was excited to get a sub. Unfortunately my sandwich nearly fell apart with every bite because the bread was so stale! Like rock hard! I’m disappointed the staff didn’t replace the bread as they were making the sandwich! They had to have noticed how hard it was.

They only put three pieces of chicken on their chicken and cheese dipper. When asked she said that’s what they are trained to do. I have been buying those in every state that I have been to. Not one time have anyone played in my face like they did. All that bread and only 3 pieces of chicken, what sense does that makes.

We were served well and efficient by Greg in the sub shop. He was friendly and courteous and fast at serving us. We were very impressed by his skills and friendliness as well as respectful to us senior citizens. We need more kind people like Greg in this world... Jc &
I went in there for a meatball sub. I asked to put in there for 5- 10 seconds so the bread doesn't harden and she put it in there for the full amount of time, was to busy with stocking up, that didn't pay attention to customers wants. I had already paid prior or I would of asked for my money back, but I didn't want to be a hassle..I really wish she made me another sandwich. I work 12 hours and only get time for one meal, and she messed that up and ruined the food, I can stand crunchy because my teeth. I even commented that it was crunchy, exactly what I asked not to do specifically, and she just said it will soften up with time. Ruined my one meal of the day, really upset. I've worked subway before and we made it right if it wasn't what wanted, I even had a depressed look on face showing the dissatisfaction. This does not reflect well on I believe her name was Rosa. Please teach people to make things right, not all of us can afford food often, or have time to enjoy a nice meal frequently. VERY UPSET CUSTOMER.

I just ordered a 12 inch ham on white,and a wrap for my wife. Got home to watch my dinner and pull my sandwich out and the whole thing just slid right out onto the table, but the worst part is the freaking old bread flaked all over the place and was so hard it was ALMOST TOASTED, I tried calling up there for 30 minutes. It plays the old wait on hold for 5 minutes and then just hangs up! Worst subway ever!

Karen can’t hardly understand instructions on what you want and how much . Dumps a ton of mayonnaise on a sandwich doesn’t understand double cheese and can’t wrap a sandwich at all. I go to pull my sandwich out of the bag all my stuff is in the bag with one end of the wrapper not even close to being wrapped right very

I go there every weds to get a sub. 90 percent of the time they don't have bread or only have one kind of bread for subs. How and why is this possible. Been like this for over a year now. So I have to settle for McDonald's next door that takes 30 mins for a meal..
