Every experience has been excellent. Restaurant is clean. Owners are very hands on and the customer service is great. Really like the picky eaters platter for kids and the chicken sandwiches.
Lunch today at R&R. First time eating there but we have followed them since they started up, (we live 50 miles the wrong direction). It will now be a pretty regular drive however. I had the lunch special smoked chicken plate with fried potatoes and baked beans. Chicken was just kissed with smoke and tender and juicy. Potatoes were cut small, perfectly seasoned and done just right. Baked beans very tasty too. Wife had the 1/2 order nachos with smoked chicken. It was amazing...
From the moment you step in to R&R you are greeted by an atmosphere that is friendly and inviting. The food is great and the staff is gracious about accommodating whenever possible special requests for diabetics (veggies instead of baked beans as a side) and alpha gal or gluten allergy sufferers.
Money is always a consideration when dinning out and the owners of R&R work to keep things affordable for their guests. Most meals are $10 or less! I love the Granny Pa sandwich...
