When I finally go the roast beef sandwich it was cold . This place is a joke . Employees are to worried about who is on break to do their jobs !

I don't think I have ever had a bad meal from Arby's. Gyros are delicious and yes they definitely have the meats.

Ordered through the Drive thru, paid for my food and was asked to pull up to wait on my order. I sked why there was Noone behind me and the girl said that I was running out her time.. Sorry but I'm not worried about your time. I'm guessing they are so slow that they have got in trouble before. Don't waste your time here go somewhere else that actually cares about the customer and not their own self interest.

I have most of the time had great service, sometimes there will be people in there just talking to each other and you have to get their attention. Pretty unprofessional on that part, but the food is fantastic!!!

Go across the street if you’re hungry. Been here two days in a row. Both times slow employees that don’t even acknowledge your presence there. Waited 10+ minutes to be asked what I want the first day and the order not only took forever to prepare but was also wrong. Second day I tried giving them a chance same story ??♂️ didn’t even bother waiting 3 business days until they take my order. Are the employees not getting paid enough? They don’t look like they’re motivated to work.

Came in at aroumd 7 pm on 2-1-22.Had about 7 or 8 people waiting on food, so I knew they were busy, but no biggie, I wasn't in a hurry.After I'm standing at the counter for a few minutes, I hear a couple people yelling at each other in the back. Then the girl behind the counter turns around and yells to me and the other 2 people in line behind me "we are not taking anymore orders tonight", then just walks away.No explanation, no apology, nothing.I've learned not to expect much out of a truck stop fast food place, but this was pretty bad.

As a truck driver, I think it’s my 3rd time if not my forth time stopping here at around midnight. Very lazy employees and not neat. Am sorry to say this, I had to wait half an hour every time.
Order was wrong. Very wrong. Snotty, self entitled employee. Didn’t give receipt to prove I was right about order. Manager did fix the order eventually but who cares at that point. This isn’t the only Arby’s like this. They are in every truck stop/travel plaza across the nation. Avoid them like the plague. They always mess up on such a grand scale that it’s mind blowing.If you do go here, make sure they give you a receipt before you ever leave that counter because they are definitely going to mess up your order.

There is never anyone working here . The nights are horrible and only one person is usually working. If there is two one will be one the ohone in the back doing nothing.

Big Herb & the boys come here for glorious vittle madness! Bring the wife here from time to time so she can enjoy the meats as well! Always been delicious! Staff is friendly. Definitely recommend!!!

We stopped here on our way home from vacation. They appeared to be severely understaffed. It took us over fifteen minutes to get our food. The food itself was fine. The best part for us was the big grassy area next to their parking lot, which was a great place to let our puppy get some exercise before hitting the road again.
