Went for tacos
Ordered a medium soda
Light ice
It felt like a lit of ice
I asked the employee for another cup
I poured the soda out
The ice was within 1.5” of the top
When I showed the girl- her Attitude was CLUELESSNESS.
Her response was “I didn’t make your drink”
I said “I know you didnt- can you fill up the cup”
This is not the first time, nor is it only jack in the box.
