Excellent service and food until the end. Our server told our party of nine “not to stiff her , it’s how I make a living”. This was a completely unexpected and unnecessary. We tipped more than 20% in spite of her comment. The owner was wonderful but the servers comment left us all a little upset.

Great breakfast and good service in a nice little café off 3rd St. Beautiful garden walk around to the entrance. Indoor & outdoor seating. No hot tea, nor hot water available should you bring your own tea. The coffee was good, and the avocado toast was probably the best I've had anywhere.

My mother, sister, and I all enjoyed a beautiful breakfast that was lovingly prepared by cooks and staff that clearly cared deeply about quality and taste of food! Our servers and hostess were so unbelievably kind and personable, which made a wonderful morning for the beginning of our vacation! Will absolutely be back whenever we’re in Hermann again!

Omigosh, my wife and I had breakfast for lunch here on our last afternoon in Hermann and it was so great. I had to look twice to figure out how to get in (there’s a pretty winding walkway to the back of a building off the main sidewalk) but I’m so glad we are here. I had the Aebleskivers (Danish pancake balls) with over medium eggs and sausage links and she had the Mixed Berry French toast with bacon and scrambled eggs. It. Was. Freakin. Awesome. The pancake balls were so delicious and soft—they just made my mouth incredibly happy. Personally, I am not much of a sausage person, but these links might make me a believer. They were juicy-sweet and so tasty that I kind of did that thing where you simultaneously sigh and roll your eyes. Of course my wife and I tried from each other’s plates (as any foodie couple does, right?) and her French toast was unlike any I’ve had, it a totally good way. Outstanding taste. Her bacon was above average too.
The restaurant itself is not big, meant to evoke a bit of farm-to-table feel, tastefully designed wood walls and nice concrete floors, so it doesn’t take many people for it to get loud. But there’s relaxed outdoor seating when weather allows it, and the staff was super friendly and fun.
Okay, back to the food. We ate out a lot over our three days in Hermann. This was only one of two places where the food was so good it kind of made us stop talking just to take in all in. I’d go back anytime.

They took an hour to get food out. The host/server was so rude to us as well. She literally yelled at us for bringing a to go cup inside. Which shouldn't have been a problem because they didn't even get us drinks for at least ten minutes when we were only the second group in the door at opening. The food is overpriced for breakfast food as well. The entire place sat for over 30 minutes without a single person getting food. Don't waste your time here because that is what you'll be doing waiting for food to be served by rude people.
Ainsley's Place in Hermann, MO is a gem! The food and service are top-notch. I can't get over how fantastic the garlic aioli on the sausage, egg, and cheese muffin makes the sandwich. It’s a small spot, so be prepared for a wait, but trust me, it's totally worth it! Dawn was an awesome server, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Cute place, friendly and excellent service. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich is really spicy and delicious! Had it with a side of ranch for dipping. Music & atmosphere was perfect for us.

Great little place for breakfast! Get here early as it fills up fast. Build your own breakfast was a really hearty portion and my wife's avocado toast was perfect! Rey was a great server and very attentive with fast service!
