We had a large group of people for breakfast and everyone was incredibly accommodating. The food come out quickly though they didn't have an open seat in the restaurant and the owner and staff were AMAZING. Even left feeling inspired. 10/10 recommend!

It's a cozy space. Need to know that off the bat. But, and this is important, that is the absolute point. Ainsley's is about community and speaking with the staff confirmed it. You go in expecting a diner experience. It's that but more. They care about their menu, their customers, and their people. We had the Eggs Benedict and the Breakfast tacos (for lunch) and both were delicious. Add the potato sides, add grits, and add the Aebleskivers as an app

Eggs benny with housemade salmon cakes was fantastic! There was so much to eat I got a box for the salad and abandoned the toasted muffin, just too stuffed! Hubby got the world's fluffiest pancakes, incredibly tasty! Wonderful bacon and scrambled eggs. Absolutely no room for improvement, it was that good! Plus our server was very friendly. It takes awhile for food to come out as everything is made fresh. Well worth the wait! ... Came again on Sunday. It was a happening place but so well worth the wait! Sausage, egg and cheese muffin was outstanding. Actually muffins, two muffins, two eggs, two so yummy sausage patties in one order! Hash browns so wonderfully crunchy. Wait staff is efficient and very pleasant.

Go. Eat. Trust me. You will NOT be disappointed. Get there early. If you don’t go you’re missing out. You’re welcome.

Such a nice little brunch place. The little pancake bites are delicious, as is their wine barrel aged coffee. Service is nice too and everything is made to order. Only dislike that they put a surcharge on the card.

Everything our table had here was sooo tasty! This is a step up from a common brunch place. Excellent food, great service and cute atmosphere. A new regular spot for us in Hermann.

I can’t comment on the food since I never got to try it. However, if you are rating this place on customer service, it deserves to be shut down. If you love being treated like you aren’t a person and want to end your fun filled weekend with a buzz kill, then by all means, check em out.

We never even got the chance to order food because of how unbelievably rude the hostess was.

Our party of seven arrived and were immediately met with a hostile attitude. One person in our group made an offhand, innocent comment about how small the establishment was—hardly a complaint, just an observation. The hostess then snapped back and claimed we had “complained multiple times” about the size (which simply didn’t happen) and told us we could leave.

So we did.

No attempt to de-escalate, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect for potential customers. If this is how guests are treated before even sitting down, I can’t imagine how the rest of the experience would have gone.

We took our business to Stomping Grounds, where we were greeted warmly, treated with respect, and actually felt welcome—what a contrast.

Arrived with a group of 7 and we made a comment it was a small restaurant and didn’t know if they could fit us all. When we sat down the hostess said since we have “complained” since being there we can find somewhere else to have breakfast. We left after that. We went to Stomp’n Grounds instead and had the best service and food.

Came in with a group of seven, the restaurant is small, and as a group we were just stating that there was not much room in normal conversation. We were in no way complaining, we were actually really looking forward to eating. As soon as we settled in to the table the waitress said” I’ve heard you complaining about our place, you can eat somwere else if you want to there are other options if you want to complain.” We immediately left after being called out in such a rude tone in front of the entire restaurant. Do not give them your money, hateful people.

Terrible hospitality. The two girls working made it seem like they didn't even want to be there. Ended up going to stomping grounds after and it was night and day in hospitality. Save yourself the trouble and just don't come to Ainsley's.

The waitresses were extremely rude. From the moment we walked in they were very aggressive and combative. Didn’t have a chance to try the food, but the hospitality and service was very off putting. Would never recommend.

Literally the worst dining experience I've ever had. There isn't even a close 2nd. We were excited to try this place out on our weekend trip to Herman. Ordered a burger without cheese. Came out with cheese on the burger and smothered in a soup of cheese. Told our server Tiffany. She took the burger then came back 5 mins later & asked if I even tried it because she just had to throw it away and it was their last one. Way to make a customer feel bad for your screw up. As a replacement got the chicken salad sandwich. It took forever & I got a bad feeling if I should even try eating it. It finally came out and took one bite...a giant hair was in the sandwich. I spit out my food & was done. Told our server I wont be paying for my entree but will of course be paying for everything else. Rather than being understanding I was accused of lying about a hair in the food. She finally spotted it even though it was right in front of her. Picture included. Rather than taking the entree off my bill my experience included them CALLING THE COPS for refusing to pay. Place could really excel but clearly from reading other reviews needs a lesson on customer service among other things.

Literally the best food imaginable. My wife and I shared Buffalo Mac and Cheese and a Philly Cheesteak sandwich. It all hit the spot and was complemented by great tunes and great service. Highly recommend.
