Highly recommend eating anywhere else but here. Yes it was New Year's Eve but is it too much to ask for updates after an hour and 20 minute wait? When we did inquire it was as if we were an inconvenience and we were treated rudely. Medium rare steaks came out so dry and cold you couldn't even tear them or cut them...they were done done. Do I understand places get busy, absolutely but when other tables were being served and checked on we sat for 45 minutes with nothing...I had...read full review
It's dirty, the table was super wobbly, the server didn't tell us the wait for the food was going to be almost and hour (she got us our drinks already) and the food, omg the food was the worse I have ever had! My friends burger was raw inside and the American cheese on top of it was literally crusty. I ordered the schwein schnitzel. Concert Hall and Barrel Tavern is a popular spot with a lively atmosphere. Despite some slow service, the delicious Reuben sandwich makes the wait worthwhile. The restaurant offers a variety of drinks, and the young staff is friendly and efficient. The environment is welcoming and has a charming vibe that competes with more expensive places. While the German meal might not be the best, the chili stands out. Smoking is allowed on one side, but it can drift to the non-smoking area, which some guests find inconvenient. The menu does not allow substitution of side dishes, which can lead to some waste, but customers are often happy to pay a surcharge for flexibility. The bar has a good alcohol pour, though the drinks may sometimes be strong. Overall, the place is a fun and comfortable spot for dining or just enjoying a drink, with plenty of seating and a cozy atmosphere.
