Fantastic owners, warming place to enjoy their great spirits! Thank you

The grounds are very impressive. It’s obvious that the owners take pride in their property and their bourbon. They host a terrific bourbon festival with Missouri distilleries every year.

This place is a true gem in Hermann and a must visit spot if you're ever in the area. I did try to reserve a tour earlier in the morning but there were none offered that afternoon but that didn't stop us for venturing out to this distillery just to check it out. The staff were amazing, answering our questions and more than willing to take the time to tell us all about the process of the business. The views though.......simply breathtaking!

Great distillery. Offer tastings, cocktails and food, beautiful building.

Beautiful place but no drinks for no -bourbon drinkers. Too bad, we would have hung out all day.

Great way to spend a 70 degree day in February! Jeanne gave me a private tour of the facility and went the extra mile with service and conversation. The farm is beautiful, rich in family and Hermann history. Very new facilities and a solid gift store with cocktail and beer offerings. Make a stop! You won’t regret it. Also - best view in the area!

A beautiful place with wonderful owners and employees that produces amazing Bourbons - perfect! We went on a trip to Hermann to 'enjoy' some Missouri wines. You know how that goes... it's a MO wine, it is what it is. On our way out we decided to stop at Copper Mule Distillery to try to 'enjoy' some MO Bourbon. I hope you get the sarcasm because we were so surprised with the quality of Bourbon that Don is producing here at Copper Mule.

We did the single batch tasting and decided it was so good we wanted to try the single barrel. All sox Bourbons were well balanced, easy to drink, and made us smile with every sip.

Come out, try their tastings and then grab an old fashioned at the bar. The place is beautiful and has a view you could only hope for at the local wineries.

Just arrived in Hermann today for our 15yr anniversary and my wife suggested we check this place out. We drove up the dark, narrow, half gravel road and saw the business was closed. We never got out of the car. We drove around the building to go back out the way we came only to be met head on by a white pickup truck with its brights in our eyes taking up the narrow path so that we couldn’t pass or get around them. The person in the drivers seat was flailing arms out of the window and proceeded to get closer to our car. We moved to the side thinking they wanted to get by, but then someone yelled out of the window “who are you and what are you doing here?!”. Mind you it’s 6:30pm not midnight. We couldn’t see anything and we couldn’t get out. My wife was freaking out. I replied that we were from out of town and wanted to check the place out as we had seen it online. The person did not reply, just put the truck in reverse all the while beaming us with headlights until he could pull off to the side. We passed and then he continued to follow behind us with his brights on the whole way down the long hilly entrance. If this was the owner, shame on you, if this was not the owner, the owners should know that someone is threatening your customers. We will not be checking this place out or going back as my wife now believes it’s dangerous and not worth the risk.

Update: I couldn’t respond to his comment so I’ll put it here. You were not blinded by headlights. Mine were not even on. He did NOT leave room for us to pass him. I was pulled half way off the side of the road so he could come by us and even flashed my light to let him know to come by or to pass cause our spot was much wider, he never did! Where he was at we clearly couldn’t come past him. I started moving forward I was gonna try to pass him off the road since I was in my Jeep but when we did that he pulled forward and angled his truck at us making us still not be able to pass. Also there was no gate saying no trespass after hours or anything. We are not from here and just wanted to see the property. No different then going to any other business after hours. For him saying we made him uncomfortable is absolute garbage. We will never be back and not recommend this place to anyone. Especially after the owner is trying to make us out to be the bad people!

Amazing view. Old Fashion was served weak with just regular bar ice so it watered down quickly. Tasting was good from what I was told by others with me.

Stopped in on a Friday morning. Excellent atmosphere, knowledgeable and informative young lady served us. The tasting was a surprise.... Very well done bourbons, barbeque sauce, and rub. Highly recommend but parking is on a steep slope.
