Attended the summer sausage making class that was held 2/6/26. The class was very thorough and all the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Many of them have been in the business for years. I believe that I have learned enough to put aside my doubts and attempt to make a batch of venison summer sausage.

My husband and I stumbled upon this place on accident while attending Oktoberfest. The people in the beer garden tent laughed at me when I didn't understand why they weren't selling brats. I understand now. This gem was a few yards away! Today I drove 2 hours and endured the winding roads (which make me nauseated) just to spend my state tax refund on this family's bratwurst.
