So usually I dont have any issues with subway when I go in and tell them right then and there what I want. But when I ordered online for a pick up...well that was quite another situation. A six inch sandwich was instead a 2 inch, my sandwich had toppings I did NOT ask for and my husband did not have extra and was missing toppings. Other than that subway is great.

I want to recognize the young man that waited on us at subway in Hermann this morning. I didn't get his name but kudos to this young man he was very friendly and up beat. Made us feel like he sincerely appreciated our business.

Staff super unfriendly, they had only white bread at 11:30 on a Saturday. Staff acts like they just want to sit in back and not deal with anyone, I understand being in a fast food industry, I worked at one for couple years but you don't treat ppl like it's not your job to deal with. Sad part I only got a meatball w cheese and toasted...it's was completely thrown together no care nothing. Staff uses same gloves to run a debit card than go right back to making your food. The employees working when I went there should not work with ppl. Just overall terrible experience. Food is all over the place, different pieces of meat in containers it's so gross will never go back until they improve it.

Employee seemed annoyed when he had to come from the back to take and make my order. Didn't seem to put the right amount of meat on the sandwich. Not even a thank you for your business. I used the restroom before I left, and it was filthy. This is not a reflection on all Subway stores. I have gotten great service at other locations. Definitely will not be going back to this particular store.
