Got there at 815 on a Saturday morning and had no donuts left. Got biscuits and gravy, one of our biscuits was inedible because it was so rock hard and dry. They have smoothies advertised but don’t actually make them. Both workers seemed like they hated their job and very inconvenienced by the customers.

Front counter girl was totally rude for no reason. We are a very polite group that loves to tip great service and for pleasant conversation. No one wants to be greeted by a scowling person who seems disgruntled to be there. We had 7 people in our group. Two had their food out right away piping hot. Next five came out several minutes later with two meals cold as if it hadn’t been heated at all. Their donuts are very good. Wouldn’t recommend the biscuits and gravy as two of the four orders were not even warmed up. We leave this review in hopes for constructive criticism to improve the customer experience. Facility was clean and organized.

The place looked nice but I truly don’t understand how it has as good of reviews as it does. The biscuits and gravy were very dry and the gravy tasted like a mix with old sausage thrown in at the end (which it was because they asked me if I wanted sausage in it). There was no ice in the soda machine or the countertop ice maker, and it was sweltering hot. The wall AC unit said 86 degrees and was doing very little to cool it down. No wonder the person at the front didn’t greet us when we walked in and just stared at us until we said hi. She was hot as heck. Take care of your employees. I really wanted to support local and enjoy this but this was a definite no go for me.

Thank you for the great service and welcoming atmosphere when other places in Hermann could not accommodate us. The food was tasty and well-priced.

I came here for breakfast for my bachelorette, and it was amazing! Great food, good service. I got the breakfast burrito (and you have a ton of options of what goes in!) and an iced coffee. It was so delicious and all my friends loved it too.

This was such a great spot to hit up on my trip to Hermann! The staff was so sweet and they had a variety of menu options including coffees and smoothies. I am a vegetarian and was able to easily build a delicious breakfast burrito, which was incredible! The hazelnut iced coffee was delicious as well. 10/10 would recommend this spot to anyone visiting or stopping through Hermann.

Worst service ever. They didn't know how to make a specialty coffee on the menu. They didn't have regular coffee brewed on a Sat morning at 10 a.m. The girls were more worried about conversation amongst themselves and rides home than they were about the customers in front of them.

Long line to order, after long wait asked about our order (2 breakfast specials) bacon and ham and hash browns seems flashed burned, toast not toasted, forgot gravy on biscuit, sorry but cannot recommend this place at all.

Not the worst breakfast, but far from worth the price charged. $14.77 for two eggs, half slice of deli ham, barely warmed wheat bread (can’t call it toast), cold pat of wrapped butter, limp hashbrowns (ordered crispy please), and a cup of coffee. All served with plastic knife and fork on foam plate and paper cup. Yah, it was food, but for $15? Never again. Been better off with a gas station biscuit and sausage. Maybe their baked goods are worth what they charge (don’t know), but certainly not the breakfast. And you pay at the counter first, with a machine asking for tip amount before you’re served - wish I hadn’t tipped on top of the fee.

I came for their amazing cream horns. Also got a cheese Danish and the old fashioned donuts to take home. The cheese Danish was the best I've had. The cream horns were huge, filled full, and delicious. Also ordered a breakfast burrito. Made to order with my choice of fillings. Hot and tasty. Service was fantastic. Hostess was very friendly. Very good coffee. Highly recommend.

What a sweet, quaint little place. The young lady working the counter when we visited was incredibly helpful, detailed and friendly. We wanted lunch/brunch and she painstakingly walked us through their order forms.

Sadly there were literally no baked goods when we arrived so we’ll have to try them on a later visit. But my breakfast plate and my wife’s breakfast sandwich were both delicious. Food arrived pretty quickly. Fun, low-key vibe with the plates (just whatever disposable plate fits your order). I’m not a fancy guy and this works for me.

Bathroom is pretty snug but it’s fine. Plenty of napkins and condiments on the table. I’d gladly come back. :-)
