Excellent smoke house and Sausage factory
Been a customer for little more than 20 years.
Never disappointed one day I need to visit the store personally.
By far the best summer sausage I have ever served my family and I am 76 years old! Amazing! I would love th know the calorie content.
Meat is high quality and the workers are great
Superb selection and affordable
They had a wide variety of meat and seasonings and very friendly
My 96 yo father ordered thin bacon. We're in California so shipping was $50. What was delivered was very thick bacon. When my dad complained, he got another box of very thick bacon. Very disappointed with this company. If they don't have thin bacon, they shouldn't advertise it.
Had a half a beef done sloppy butchering. Roasts aren’t trimmed at all. Hamburger was not ground properly waxy with huge chunks of fat and gristle in it. They did right and replaced the burger with new burger. All though it’s not waxy it’s still full of unchewable pieces. Takes away your appetite when you chomp down on something hard and chewy. Done never using them again. Throwing rest of hamburger away because it is disgusting
We accidentally found this place and ended up going back before leaving the area to take more home. Loved the free samples and have enjoyed everything we brought home to try. Can’t wait to go back someday.
Great selection of fresh and processed meats and cheeses. Dozens of varieties of brats and sausages.

We love their meats, especially their Blueberry maple breakfast sausage!
The best
Great tasting sausage got the blueberry sausage for breakfast
Love this place. Been coming here for many years. Placed a geocache out front (no longer there). Went there for the total solar eclipse a number of years ago. Great brats and bacon. Yum!
On Friday July 26th. A friend and I stopped for lunch, and we must have been invisible. We couldn't get the lady at the lunch counter to take our order. I say lady only to be polite. We traveled on to Herman.
